Hack of :Firered.

.::Introduction::.
This hack base on comics manga:pokemon

.:tory::.
This game on base this main villain team rocket you and your rival are on the quest to find prof.oak and the hot pokemon
Deoxys you have to face it the tough opponent .


.::Features::.
New map
New, puzzling dungeons and mazes
Player's problem solving skills put to a test
Player doesn't obtain a running shoes( or either bicycle )
New city
Some I fix it
New Gym Leaders ( However, some Gym Leader are still the same )
New Elite Four

The map's tiles are all wrong.
If you want to make that bottom, go and use the "Block Editor" in AdvMap and change the left 4 tiles of it.
If you want more than one background, edit a black box.

Oh, also, the Pokegear is impossible to make.
If you want something resembling it, PM Zel to ask him how he did his.

Other than that, it sounds cool.

The map has many tile mistakes in them, hope you get them fixed. You should have got some experience before you posted this thread about a new hack in my opinion. The idea could work out ok though. Good luck.

There's no difference in event/map and normal scripting.
And really, no offence, but your texting and tiling looks horrible... *summons Neti*
"Hello Kay here your CHARIZARD" doesn't even make sense, and there are some atrocious tiling errors. Screenshot 3 is one HUGE tiling error of an image and screenshot 2 has an upside-down staircase.

You also need to get a spriter on that trainer backpic. At the moment it looks like a 3-minute MSPAINT job. * Score_Under sees Cyrus55's shifty eyes

Oh yeah, I can definitely script.

And a better (totally-ripped-off) idea is to, instead of have pokegear, have public 'phone booths and people's telephones.

If it only was based on Pokemon Special, not on some fanmade comic, I would support it.

After 12 years of being a Pokemon fan, I'm officially quitting. This is not a rage quit and it has nothing to do with the Pokemon franchise. It's also NOT a sudden decision - I've planned it for months but I decided to stay a true, active Pokemon fan until the very last day. Wait, did you even read my post? I can do scripting!
And bike-giving!
And also running-shoes giving!

But since I find the lack of running shoes at the start annoying, I think it would be best to use them in a map script.

A hack based off the manga! i been looking for one of these i could only find once based of the anime as they say the manga is always better than the anime. :D anyway good luck cyrus55 you have my best.

No offence score_under, but I'd call it fairly obvious that Cyruss55 doesn't speak very good English. Otherwise why would Cyrus have ignored everything we've said and repeated him/herself? I mean look just below.

Cryus55 i would help but i dont know anything about scripting or hacking. sorry. but to make it easy. why not write it all down in your first language then translate it in to english then input it. good luck.

FACT: Most things that get translated into a language in Babelfish and back are...warped.

Translate it and get someone with fluent English to translate it into fluent English. :D

Well use a goood... translator. like google translator. 100% on spot :D anyway lots of people speak english. so it's not that hard to choose an english speaking person
