IV Sneasel: Male/Jolly 23/30/31/x/31/31 *UT @ lv 24* same egg moves

Do you have a razor claw you can attach to the Sneasel?

By the way, how are your pokemon considered "UT" when they're not at level 1?

UT meaning they have no iv's, they've been rare candied. the reason they're at that level is so i could check the iv's clearly
