Waited a week now and I cannot get it to work, tried different IPS patchers re-downloaded ruby several times same with the patch but I cannot get it to work save type is on 128kb so someone help me.

Waited a week, re-downlaoded ruby and patch multiple times, used differet IPS patchers and its on 128kb save WHY IS IT NOT WORKING?!

Try specifically Ruby v1.0, as that's the only ROM version this patch will work on. You can find it eventually, as it is not as common.

You can pick any f the unova starters when you go first to lauren league.. the professor there at her lab lets you choose between them...

Have you defeated the 8th gym.. if yes then RED's on the 4-5 th floor alongside the elevator.. ready to give you HM Waterfall..

Its because the game has not been entirely translated but up to that level in which one can easily play and understand it.. so don't care about such things bro.
