Pokemon: Malachite! "Today's Pokemon"

Anyway, I vote psychic. I have a question about the Tournament-Style Bouts however, is it random like the battle dome? For example, would You maybe fight ash in round 1 and I end up fighting Duke. Or is it "Rigged" as in no matter who plays the game, they always battle the same trainers at the tournament.

Alright people, time to put your two cents in....I've been strongly considering making the second region with four gyms come before the actual insula region gyms. Now, I know some people will disagree but this will create some fun for the start of the game and it would almost be like playing a small prequal to the actual game. What is considered now as the second region of the game has 6 islands(your home,the four gym islands and the place where their tournament is held). I was thinking of making the player beat this small region before they get a chance to conquer the Insula league, and before the players professor is kidnapped and all.
Pros:
-More fun in the first region
-Would build up a little to the Main region
-would allow me to introduce and build some characters before the Insula region
-Would probably make a demo come sooner
-would give you guys a feel for the game before the main story
-Could get some stuff would help in your journey in Insula

Cons:
-I'd have to map like 3 more islands for this(not many at all)
-In the transition to insula, It's Likely I'll take away most of your pokemon
-Your starter would have grown some, you might not like having a second stage starter in the start of the main region.
-I would make it a requirement to have all four badges to go to the insula region.
- some more stuff i'm sure.

You guys just help me out here, I havent made any final decisions because I wanna here what you guys think.

Well I was gonna let you keep your starter....but maybe I can let the player keep all their pokemon. So I will only make a few new pokemon obtainable in the first region so the player would still have a reason to wann catch new pokemon and improve their team.

As long as I can get Kluckix, whether through catching it or in an event where a guy is like "Hey kid I found this Chicken Pokemon, I don't want it here you go."

Yeah that sounds good then.
Then the gym leaders in insula can be stronger too, so by the end of the game the levels are all higher in general, ya know?

just remember certain pokemon go in certain climates, i suggest different climates for the island.

I like the island idea seems more fun.

Awesome.I think You should reveal a cast of Gym Leaders,Like the first Four or so that would be in the demo.That'll give us a taste of what to do when we play it.

don't mean to be a jerk or anything but it says gamefreak at the begining on one of the vidoes and i'm sure they're not working on this game, sorry.

Anyways, I don't like how you lose your pokemon for no reason you should do something like the bad guys steal them all and you can't get them back till you get all the badges, i'msure you'll have boxes so people could put there pokemon there then get them back. There's a suggestion and probably an upcoming glitch/bug.

You could always just make the levels of the Pokemon in the next region higher so you don't have to take away the Pokemon, or make it so that you can't withdraw foriegn Pokemon over a certain level until you get a certain gym badge.

DONT TAKE THIS AS BEING RUDE.. But there is no Demo, because some of the comments would have stated there is one because alot of people think this game is interesting, worth their while. Alright so yeah, I'm a week behind....But maybe a small update can cure our wounds!?
In the last a vote there was a tie between Fire,Psychic and Normal.
Here we go:

CHARDINAL:
The FIRE/FLYING Type Pokemon!
This is the Pre-evolved form of the great Molchard!
These little birds pop up alot and pretty much is our pidgey!
They don't like to be bothered and often seem very angry.
I say everyone should get one for their team....

TRICKSAW:
The GHOST/PSYCHIC Type Pokemon!
These ghosts play lots of tricks on trainers using their psychic abilities.
Once they are caught often they are sold to Carnival's mostly residents on
Carni Island. These are the trickiest ghosts you'll come by so be prepared!

SQUEAHAM:
The NORMAL Type Pokemon!
CUTE! OH SO CUTE!
The little things are hardly dangerous and are everywhere.
They do evolve, but other than that its not much to them besides
being CUTE!

Alright now that those our out of the way I'll continue the update by showing off a few more new badges. NOTE: the badges seen today and in past days are in the main region of the game. We havent started on the first four badges of the game since you know.....anyway, here WE GO!!!!!!!!!

You may notice him from tanzanite ey? Yeah, well now that its defunct
Pikachu'500 wanted some of the characters in malachite and he is one of the few.
He's pretty much gonna be in every major cave in the game. He'll battle you and help you out alot. He'll give you items to help along the journey aswell. He'll have an interesting Pokemon team too. Oh yeah and he'll be in the Insula League Tournament!

Okey Dokey now for the Second stage starters!

Malachite's Fakemon seem to have a REALLY dark pallet. Is your spriter gonna make custom sprites for the official Pokemon or maybe recolor the sprites to be darker?

Naw, were not planning on it.... I hope this doesnt turn you guys off....
