Hello everyone.
I have been truly busy with school and with life, resulting to gain slow progress with LoG.

But anyways, I have inserted some new sprites to be in the game, specifically, POKéMON sprites.

That tree tile was made by Pounder_Zeikku.
I have saved some D/P/Pt tiles, but I don't know where to insert them as of now.

Also, I might make thos mugshots stay as is.

Their stats are done as well. And their shiny palletes are done too.
Sprinephy still needs a backsprite though.
Their icons are not done as of now.

edit: Wow! I noticed you used Simple and Clean for the battle music. I love that song! It's so cool how it's the same song but has such a techno pop upbeat feel to it.

Are you gonna add cries for the DP pokemon? Other hacks (Like Brown even though that's a hack for the original GB) have shown it's possible.

And yes I like the new Pokedex, wish you could mix some of the starters from Hoenn, Johto and maybe Sinnoh in there though.

Well, progress is slow lately. Sorry about that.
Well, anyways, I've updated the second gym's script to be the same as the first gym would be; having a face showing up if you talk to them.
Also, you'll also receive another POKéMON after you talked to your MOM after the academy attack incident.

Also, I've managed to do some scripting today.
Might be all for now though. Here's the script I just finished.

That's a screen from Boulder City, which would probably be in Beta 2, or 3...

I wish to stick to the Kanto starters only...
Also, I lost my D/P cries which I used for RoL and LoG, but I got new ones, but they sound horrible in the game. :\
Plus, I don't know how to insert new cries properly.

some of the rivals still has some little... problems in editing, please give me some details of what they'll look like through PM

FYI, the rivals will have their own sprite in the next few betas so please expect that

plus the tiles... why not change the palette of each tile so it'll fit each other wouldn't that be great?

Okay so i got the 'Day And Night' tool work on this hack now, so that means there's gonna be day and night in this hack.
Not like it's something interesting though.
Anyways, thanks to Mastermind_X for the D&N tool.

I think showing you guys some screenshots of how the evening looks like is a bit unnecessary... But anyways...



In the first screenshot, you can see that I inserted a new tile beside a house.
It's purpose is for you to view the time, since LoG now has a day & night, I think a "street 'clock'" is needed, since it would be a bit annoying to go back to your room to check what the time is.

I'll be adding those 'street clocks' around the towns.

Also, I've inserted a new music as well. A battle music.
Though I don't think you'll be able to hear it in the next beta, unless of course if you'll open the ROM through Sappy.

I have also fixed the trainers in VEXTRA FOREST, since some of them will make you move the NPC's...

A new custom-made POKéMON has been inserted successfully, and it's stats are done. Thanks to Samsom for letting the public use his sprites. If you wish to see what POKéMON I've inserted, look at Samson's sprite thread, and the POKéMON is named Ramackin...

It's been a long post, so I guess that's all the updates for now~

It's not the mom who'll give you a POKéMON though.

I don't really have any ideas of how they look.
Krad(Benevolent Wings) is working on LIGHT's sprite.

Also, I'm not really good at graphics so I guess they'll stay as is for the time being.
