The guy in the mecha is LAWLZ. But it's fake as everyone has already stated. Infernape is an obvious toy and the Pokémon featured are all pretty random.

Unless you see the words Tokusatsu, it's fake. Because that's the only way there would ever be a live action Pokemon series or movie.

That's obviously fake, and I'll doubt we'll ever see a live action Pokemon movie... ever. I don't think I need to go into too many reasons why it would totally suck, other than the obvious facts that you can take from how show business works. It's not the kind of thing that big-time actors are going to agree to do (unless their desperate for money), and the directors would probably instead compensate with either washed-up stars of the 80's (I'm thinking Molly Ringwald as Misty, perhaps, since they both have red hair), or actors that nobody has ever heard of. I could just imagine the effects being pretty terrible as well. B-movie quality more than likely, and having multiple Razzie winner written all over it.

Don't get me wrong; I'd probably watch a live-action Pokemon movie, just for the heck of it, even if it was good or bad. The lulz that could ensue from such a potentially bad movie alone would be worth the price of a ticket.

I think a live action movie would be badly done if in the same format as the games and show.

Though, I had something in mind

Like if instead of some kid trying to catch them all, what if..and I mean IF the pokemon were like strange creatures that appeared out of nowhere and people feared them and tried to avoid them, like if this was the very beginning when arceus created pokemon (not really familiar with Arceus so if he didn't make them, sorry) and they started appearing everywhere, and everyone panicked and tried to somehow get rid of them, and I had a scene in particular where a few explorers were traveling through forests and they get snagged by bluish purple vines, and they find its a bunch of tangela with bright orange-red eyes that screech and try to feed them to a tangrowth, and the explorers try to escape it. You know...like a PG-13 Jurrasic Park movie where Garchomps are like Raptors.

Yeah I had strange dream last night....sue me.

Yeah, if there was a live action movie I would expect it to be something like this. Kinda like how the Transformers movie was not exactly like Transformers...at least I think so.
