DP 145 + 146 Episode Discussion (SPOILERS)

So I'm quite happy, and QUITE, as a matter of fact, shocked.

Firstly, DP 145:
As expected, Kazunari catches the Gible.

Then, DP 146:
James disguises as 'Musarina-san' and ACTUALLY wins a contest.
That marks Jessie's third ribbon, although she didn't win it.

This actually says that Jessie IS gonna be in the Grand Festival. Wow, writers, you guys are generous! XD
(Also I thought James would blow his cover and lose...)

That was waaaaaay too predictable. It's kinda obvious that Kazunari gets it.

Wow... never thought James would win the contest. I didn't exactly expect Dawn to win but I never thought James would win either...

i'm fine with kazunari though. he needs more attention.

By the way, are both Kotone and Kazunari travelling with the group in the same manner as Brock or Dawn? Or are they jsut gonna leave the group after a few episodes later?

Was I the only one suprised by the outcome of these two episodes? I didn't think anyone would catch the Gible and I thought Dawn was going to win the contest, or at least beat James. :\

They should be there only for a few episodes...
But it's not known when they'll leave group

That was kinda predictable, because I doubt Ash would just let it chill at Oak's then come get it later Ash was not sending any one to Oak. I was kind of sad that Kazunari caught Gible, because he leaves soon, but oh well.

DP 146
I didn't really expect Dawn to lose, May has never lost as many contest as Dawn has, it is kinda ridiculous, but I think the writers just want to show more contest in more depth than they did Hoenn and Kanto. May won every contest she entered and lost once, but won her five ribbons easily. Dawn was doing so well. The biggest surprise was how Mamoswine went on a rampage. He finally gets his contest debut and he really messed that up for Dawn. She has to do something about that, I think Mamoswine might be appeal round only.

I thought the point of making her lose was to have Jessie get all 5 ribbons before it's too late.

But then I felt sorry for Dawn too. She was doing so well, and then BAM her Mamoswine just ruins her career. :<

I haven't seen the actual episode yet (I hope the raw cappers are going to catch up soon), but in my opinion, having Hikari lose a contest here and there is a lot more realistic than what the writers with Haruka.

But the people that said Ash should've caught it are over 9000 times worse lmao
Kazunari caught it, call a waaambulance if you're not freakin' happy.

I like how they made Dawn lose a contest to James. I'm also happy to see that Mamoswine isn't just a giant ball of rage anymore, and it can show emotions other than "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-".

Preview for DP147 looks good.

But the one thing I'm sad about is the Team Galactic preview. It lacks Kotone and Kazunari, and the two of them are really, really starting to grow on me now. I like them, and it'd be a good idea to keep them around...for a while. A long, long while...

Most likely Shinsen won't ever release Pokemon (or any other show they also released before) again, according to them. This means we're stuck with the guy on youtube, who does upload in HD, however he also puts up huge watermarks which spoils the videos :/ The second option is PM's SD subs.
