Well, I'd have to say this is pretty good evidence of what occurs in BW017, since Zuruggu is resting on Iris's head, and you must remember Squirtle--Squirtle had Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggen shades, and they haven't been seen since (I might be mistaken, however, as I vaguely remember seeing them an additional time). Not to mention he was a total bad-arse before he met Ash, where he discovered his softer side. This also seems to be the case for Sandile, as he probably wanted to seem strong to his followers so they wouldn't look down on him, but he shows his true colors to Ash. Anyway, this is just n00b speculation, so feel free to disregard me.

Not really a noob speculation since all speculations are regarded the same. I made a similiar speculation between it and the correlation of Squirtle when it was with the Squirtle Squad and it's attitude shift after Ash saved it. Same maybe a scenario were Ash either saves it or some how earns it's respect. And at the end of the day capturing it. And I wouldn't think Iris would have one of Ash pokemon perched at the top of her head. So I am going with the assumption any time between now in then that ownership of Zuruggu will go to her. Sunglasses Dile though looks beastly thus far with moves like Stone Edge. I really do hope Ash captures him and it becomes a power house on his team.

Tsk tsk... Why'd he even catch Pidove to begin with? She was underused, and rarely got any screen time. Ash might as well release her, y'know? Lol, I don't even know why I'm concerned, I barely watch the show anymore. xD

Usually Satoshi catches a bird type Pokemon first in different regions but I knew he would send Pidove to Professor Oak.

I think there will be more pokemon Ash catches later on in the series. It is probably why he caught his team within the first 10 episodes. Other then the egg.

There has been some speculation regarding a Waruvile which will be appearing in this episode. Where do you guys think this Waruvile came from? One of Meruroko's kin or what? XD

Here is the preview. Really hoping Ash captures Sandile, it it looks as though Pikachu gets injured as well. I wonder if the Waruvile that is supposed to be in this episode is the Sunglasses Dile. Finally after all this time we get too see it in its entirety!

That is what I was thinking is who is he going to send to the PC if he does capture him. I would assume if anyone it would be between Snivy or Tepig. Since Oshawott seems too be the "star" of Ash team thus far, Sewaddle just arrived, I don't see it leaving until it evolves into a Hahakomori, Zuruggu it either will stay since it is new too the team or go with Iris(although at this point I don't see that happening). If I had to go with either Snivy or Tepig I would go with Snivy since I haven't seen it featured in battle since Trip in Episode 10(unless I missed something). If he caught Sandile and it evolved into Waruvile it might not obey right off the bat so he would send it too the PC and get it back till later on in the Saga.

I don't know if it'll be Snivy or Tepig since both of them are in the movie cover for the new Pokemon movie. So I could probably see Zuruggu going over to Iris although this'll most likely not happen but yeah if he does catch Sandile and had it evolve into Waruvile; I can see him using it later on for a gym battle or something.

From the summaries I heard is Ash is doing training with Zuruggu and Sandile challenges them, Sandile Glasses fall in a hole, Ash and Pikachu help him. Then Duckletts proceed to steal the items then Ash, Pikachu, and Sandile battle the Duckletts. So if he is taking the time to do trying with Zuruggu it seems like he may keep it.

Anyway, judging by it Ash didn't catch Sandile/Krokorok, but something tells me it's going to pop up later in the series and then he'll eventually capture it :3

I didn't watch the episode but bulbapedia says Ash Pikachu learns Electro Ball and that Ash doesn't catch Sandile and that it evolves.

)= I am disappointed, that Ash didn't catch Sandile. Axew vs. Zuruggu was a nice way to begin the episode to babies fighting each other. I really thought multiple times throughout the episode that Ash would catch Sandile, but alas that was not the case. Also what is up with Ash using an Electric attack on a Ground type , yet another nub move on his part. Also did anyone else notice when Pikachu used Thunder Bolt on Ducklett that it looked like the old Team Rocket blasting off(same with Waruvile), I don't know if this means anything. Sandile evolving to Waruvile was cool, but still I would rather see him on Ash team, which it seems like he wanted to be part of, I really have a feeling some where down the line it is going to happen.
