Personally, I love Magmortar, it's a mafia Sumo Sharpshooter housefire! Epic, in a word.
Also, I like Rhyperior, for the same (epic) reasons.
Gallade needed to appear, male Gardevoir were just so wrong. Also it's unbeleivably manly.
Tangrowth is extremely scary, as is Frosslass, Lickilicky is pathetic, and Yanmega needs another evolution to bring it up to the same standard. Yanmonster? Yanmonolith?

Yanmega is already pretty amazing as it is. I mean, it if weren't for Stealth Rock, it would be pretty high on the tier list, wouldn't it? I actually wanted to train one, but then I got lazy. Maybe one day I'll train that Yanma with a Timid Nature and Perfect Speed IVs. :V

I've grown to like (or even adore) some of the evolutions since their first arrival. I don't really mind Magmortar, but I just... don't like how it looks. XD; Same with Electabuzz's evolution (I can't spell its name for some reason hush).

My favorite Gen 4 Evo. is Rhyperior, i mean come on, it gots Rock Wrecker, Earthquake, Megahorn, Hammer Arm, and Stone Edge all through level up.

Croagunk just looked funny to me, but nothing really directly bothered me about it, so yeah. xDD; That and Toxicroak, though toxicroak is sorta awesome.

One Gen. IV Pokemon I like is Lucario. Partly because of how it looks, partly because it's also in another game that I like, and partly because one of its types is Steel. Oh, and partly because of the whole Aura thing.

The strange thing about aura is...I used to give Aura as a nickname to my Gardevoir before the whole idea was introduced.

Lucario is one of my favorite pokemon as you can all probably tell. But If I had to pick one that has been with me for a long time, I would have to say chickorita (as it was the first starter in the first game I ever played about pokemon, which was silver. Now picking any starter besides grass is really hard to do.

At first, Lucario seemed okay, not too bad or whatever. But as soon as 9 million other people also liked Lucario, I felt uneasy. Plus I drifted to like other pokemon anyway, so. .__.;

I never got the hype about Lucario. xD Then again, I for into the fourth generation late, so by the time I did a thousand people already loved Lucario, haha.
I did try to have it one my Pearl team one, but it was one of the three Pokemon I switched out along the way.

I've always liked the Bulbasaur and Squirtle like more than the Charmander line myself. I've been obssessed with Squirtle in the past, and Bulbasaur is my favorite of the three. Charmander though... I liked Ash's when it was a Charmander, but after thaaat.

Squirtle is decent. I'm sort of a water-type person, but I've always been more of a grass-type person. In every generation,. I've always picked water types, no matter the version. If it was first generation, it was bulbasaur(and believe me, it was my favorite grass-type for a while, then came victreebell), second generation was definitely chikorita, third generation was the only change I ever made, and I think I picked torchic for that one, and then later on started a new game and chose Treecko or something. Fourth gen was Turtwig, and the fifth gen I'm picking Snivy. xDD; so yeah, pretty much pure-grass type here.
