FR/LG: Habitat Challenge

Welcome to my latest challenge, the Habitat Challenge! In this challenge, your team of Pokémon can only consist of those that are in the same habitat, according to FR/LG's Pokédex. For a list of which Pokémon are in each habitat, you can look here: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wi...mon_by_habitat

Now for the rules:

1. All Pokémon from the first three generations are fair game, EXCEPT LEGENDARIES.
2. As an aside to the previous rule, the Rare habitat is not allowed to be used, as it consists entirely of legendaries (with the exception of Unown, but who would want to use that? ).
3. You are allowed to hack or use Gameshark codes in order to obtain Pokémon not in the Kanto Pokédex, version exclusives, and/or those only obtainable via trading (i.e. Alakazam). You are also allowed to hack or use Gameshark codes to obtain the National Pokédex, since Generation II and III Pokémon cannot evolve unless you have it.
4. You can use Pokémon not in your selected habitat, but only as HM slaves.
5. You must have at least one of your selected Pokémon (or its' pre-evolution) in your party before reaching Vermilion City.
6. The Sevii Islands quest after obtaining the Volcano Badge is optional.
7. The challenge ends after you defeat the Pokémon League.

Alright that's great, I'll start and post my first update once I beat Brock.

Small Update

Just started up the ROM and did the basic stuff,
Beat my rival and delivered Oak's Parcel and obtained the Dex.
Hacked to get Roselia, named her Rose.

Would I be able to get cut then go get a Voltorb then challenge Lt Surge?
I kind of didnt want to hack any pokemon in but if not It's no hassle.

But technically you don't have to challenge Lt. Surge until 7th.

Started the game and chose Charmander.
Defeated brock and alot of trainers.
Defeated my rival (Green) a couple times.
Got cut and then defeated Misty.
Went and caught a Voltorb.
Saved and turned off.
