That was a generic berserker evil power going out of control moment during his training. He's training to go and rescue Moka from some organisation that is using her to release the worlds strongest vampire.....Alucard.

She kissed him as a last resort and because that's how you snap a monster out of monster mode apparently.

And oh, he's had vampire power from moka eating his blood for ages. They showed it in a pretty crappy way at the end of season 2 of the cartoon.

1. Well it turns out that yesterday was the anniversary of my grandfather's death apparently. Quite frankly though I'm sick of hearing this line of ******** that everything just magically gets better as soon as you hit your 20s, high school will be done with but that doesn't mean it'll all be smooth sailing from there, just another set of obstacles we have to overcome if we want to make the most out of what time we got.
