Kotatsu! I miss my kotatsu. :( Those are the most comfortable things ever invented. I could spend a whole week under one.

I have never heard of a kotatsu until now, but after looking at one on Wikipedia, I want one for Christmas.

Noobs

If you've ever watched anime you'd know what a Kotatsu is

I kid. I want one badly though, even though it's not something you'd really need when you live in Hawaii.

I usually use my laptop lying on my bed with a blanket but it'd be more comfortable i think.

I agree with this very statement. It would be the table I would use everyday. And if anyone else tried to use it, limbs would be lost.

Cats love them, too. They curl up underneath because all that warmth is like kitty heaven.

But you really need a floor chair to make the most of it. If you've got your laptop, phone, some snacks and a few other necessities nearby you really don't need to move from that spot all day.

Never heard of a Kotatsu before. Not exactly a stylish looking thing is it.

I'm not sold until I see an Ikea version

I've never heard of the Kotatsu but, speaking of IKEA, my part of Australia is actually home to the largest IKEA store in the Southern Hemisphere.

I didn't see it until a few days ago but man it is big.

I would use a Kotatsu if I could get hold of one.

Never heard of a Kotasu either. If it's that table I want it.

Also I love the incredibly wandering thread. <3 Where will it go next?

I personally wouldnt want a kotatsu.. I like to rest my back against something and without a backrest, I know I'd probably be hunching over that table on the computer over time..

I rather drape my electric blanket over my nice, comfy computer chair at my desk :33

That's why you'd get a floor chair.

These things really should be sold by IKEA. They're all simple and efficient (you can take the blanket out during the summer and just use it as a table) and that's IKEA's whole deal.

This.

Kotatsu is nice and is really neat, not going to deny that. However, having a backrest is really important to me as I have enough back problems as is. I didn't have a proper chair for most of my teenager years, and now it's hitting me hard... Things are getting better though now that I got a new chair.

There's those backrests that aren't designed for chairs but I don't know how well they work with a Kotatsu.

So, uh, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up..... that's a conversational topic, right?

I'm sure all the beliebers' hearts just stopped, since they think he broke up with her just for them lol.

I personally just don't care. Bieber's music is bothersome, but it's the fandom and the media coverage that are what I really hate. Like this. I'm sure this is on the cover of every single tabloid/celebrity magazine right now, and it's annoying! Poor Selena. Hopefully she'll stop getting death threats now...

But K-Stew and Robert Pattinson's relationship is so much more train-wreck-y.

Are Robsten or K-Patz or Krisbert or whatever the hell they're calling themselves still together? What happened with that affair thing a while back with the Snow White and the Huntsman director? I know nothing about this sort of stuff...
