Heres one I like,It is very good!

Ambrosia Salad(My Nanas deeelicious recipe!)

2 cartons Sour Cream
1 can Crushed Pineapple-drained
1 can Fruit ****tail-drained(A mix of fruits in a can.)(For some reason Fruit is edited?!?)
1 bag Pecan Pieces
4 oz. Shredded Coconut
1 bag Miniature marshmallows

Mix in bowl and chill in fridge for three hours.(This is a family favorite around Thanksgiving time)

Also, microwaveable pizza:
1.Place pizza iin microwave
2.Heat up as needed
3.Enjoy

Cooking isn't easy,it takes practice.

punkie90,for that Chicken Marsala recipe,try foodnetwork.com,or Olive Garden.com!
Olive Garden should have the recipe.
It's on their menu as one of the items you can order.

mine is my grandmother's tamales...and my mom's chicken mole...and my uncles' fajitas (somehow they all have the same recipe)...my aunt's frijoles charros...

I guess that's why I love Mexican food in general...
