I heard on a facebook page about generation 0 of pokemon where instead of catching them you would befriend or battle the pokemon. You would play as oak of agatha suggesting that you wouldn't have a pokedex. Instead of pokeballs you would have a primitive form of pokeballs made from apricorns that you would make yourself. Whenever you had captured a pokemon it would pla a cutscene and you yourself would draw the pokemon and enter the correct pokedex entry for it.
Does anyone know if this is true. They said they were developing a game. Please tell me if you know if this is true.

This topic was posted a while back, but it was a discussion, not a question. Anyway, this is not happening any time soon and I doubt it ever will, sorry. But since that answers that, then I'll be closing this now.

Locked.
