um, noah i have a question. how did i get 10 experience points if i didn't win? also why did blastoise get 10 experience points only if he beat me twice?

Well depends. If you want it to be really fast then pick timid. and 252 sp.atk and 252 spd.
If you want it to be super strong. Then probably use modest with 252 sp.atk and 252 spd.
