Back it up just in-case, but you should be fine patching over the same ROM.

No luck from what I've tried. I have 70 pokemon and had my dex upgraded by Oak, but Celio still wont give me the sapphire nor the Pass to access the Sevii Islands. For some reason it won't let me download it, you need to get the sapphire from the gave and give it to him, you don't get it from him.

I'm just curious, I'm at the point in the postgame fire red quest where you have to get the Ruby and Sapphire. I got the ruby, went back, gave it to Celio then proceeded to move about. I went into the Icefall Caves though and Lorelei was already there. Talking to her gives her response from after you defeat the rocket grunts, all 3 of whom are standing there and say or do nothing.

So basically, I can't complete the trigger to progress in the quest allowing me to get into the base on Chrono Island or get the Sapphire.

Does anyone know a possible solution to this, or what may have caused it?

The Rocket Event seems not to work. Using the latest 2.7.2 Beta. Am I doing something wrong or is this isnt implemented yet?

You need to extract the IPS File which is in the Rar File.

That is because like his other hack Expert Emerald he has not changed the Title Screen. The game focuses much on difficulty even though he changed its name as shown

That is normal if noted as common but can you be more specific to tell what really is happening?

Yup but my above statement does not means that nothing is changed in maping. You will fin some new areas in the hack. You never know

Hey guys! I present to you, the early version of Beta 2.8! Suicune said that I could add a part of Hoenn an some bug fixes. You have to reach 4 Island. Once you're there, behind the daycare thing, there's a little cave. Enter that and there should be a hole. Go in the hole, and BAM! You have to be really careful doing this since you cannot go back to Kanto in this beta. Well, here is the link! For the moment just use Hackmew's APS patcher...! Remember, this is not the actual release. We're gonna see if there's any more bugs. Btw the game is actually out but Hoenn is just like an after-release addon.
