Is this for Wi-Fi or for Pokemon Showdown/Online?

Hydreigon has to be Hasty or Naive. Any of those natures, with your EV spread, can outspeed base 100 Speed Pokemon with neutral natures.

Bulky QD Volcarona is better off on Sun teams, where Morning Sun can restore 2/3rds of its health as opposed to 1/2. When B2/W2 come in, it becomes viable outside of Sun, so you can use Roost instead. For now, you can use any of these sets instead:
-Quiver Dance
-Fiery Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Rest
Nature: Modest
EVs: 160 HP/252 SAtk/96 Spe
Item: Chesto Berry

or
-Quiver Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Fire Blast/Fiery Dance
-Substitute/Hidden Power (Rock/Ground)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

Cresselia's Moonlight can't recover much health if you're up against a weather team, since their respective weather reduces the amount of HP it restores. Cresselia also can't do much offensively. It can't learn Frost Breath either. Reuniclus, Latias or Latios should be a better alternative:

Reuniclus:
-Calm Mind
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Focus Blast
-Recover
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard

or
-Trick Room
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 192 HP/64 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard

Latias:
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Recover
-Refresh/Reflect/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Reflect
-Recover
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/228 Def/28 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Dragon Pulse
-Reflect/Protect
-Roar
-Recover/Wish
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers

Latios:
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Dragon Pulse
-Psyshock/Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

or
-Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
-Surf
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Recover/Psyshock
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Calm Mind
-Dragon Pulse
-Surf
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Psyshock/Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers

Ludicolo is seriously mediocre outside of Rain teams. Ferrothorn can provide some defense and support. Starmie can provide Rapid Spin and speedy offense too:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
-Power Whip/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell

Starmie:
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spin/Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure

Thundurus' regular forme is an Uber Pokemon. Its Therian forme, however, is safe for use in OU. Thunder should only be used on Rain teams, where it's guaranteed to hit. HP Ice is the better option for coverage. These sets should show what I mean:
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Agility
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

or
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Focus Blast
-Grass Knot
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Bounce isn't a good move on Mienshao; the opponent can always switch to something else to take the attack. Use Life Orb as the item since that gives a boost to Mienshao's attacks and the recoil can be healed via Regenerator. It's not as good as it used to be though when B2/W2 came in:
-Hi Jump Kick
-U-turn
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge
-Fake Out/Stone Edge
Nature: Naive/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe or 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator

Conkeldurr or Breloom are other Pokemon you can consider over Mienshao:

Conkeldurr:
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Ice Punch/Payback/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 136 HP/252 Atk/120 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

or
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Ice Punch
-Payback
Nature: Brave
EVs: 224 HP/252 Atk/32 SDef
Item: Flame Orb/Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts

Breloom:
-Swords Dance
-Spore
-Bullet Seed
-Mach Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe (anyone can suggest a better spread)
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Technician

or
-Spore
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Focus Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 236 HP/56 Atk/216 Def
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

or
-Spore
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Seed Bomb/Stone Edge/Facade
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 12 HP/244 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

or
-Bullet Seed
-Low Sweep
-Mach Punch
-Rock Tomb/Stone Edge/Spore
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf
Ability: Technician

Superpower is another option you can consider on Hydreigon to hit Tyranitar, Chansey and Blissey hard (over Earthquake of course). Other than that, it's fine.

You don't need Protect on Latios; it's the more offensive of the Lati twins. Go with the Choice set if you're strapped for items.

You don't need Protect on Thundurus either. Like I said before, Thundurus' regular forme is an Uber and Therian Thundurus is still usable in OU. It should set up Nasty Plot and/or Agility before sweeping, using Choice sets to scout/hit hard or just cause as much damage as possible before fainting (refer to its suggested sets for more).

You don't really need Special Attack EVs on a pure physical Mienshao. The last 4 EVs should go into its HP or one of its defenses.

Simply put, get rid of Cresselia and Ludicolo and replace them with Starmie, Ferrothorn or Reuniclus (only 2 at a time, since you have 2 slots left)

Don't use Giga Drain on Ferrothorn; even though it seems tempting to have a move that causes damage and restores health on it, that move runs off of Ferrothorn's weaker offensive stat. It still should stick with Leech Seed as its main form of "recovery" and Power Whip as its main Grass STAB. Refer back to my first post here for Ferrothorn's main set.

If you don't want Choice items or Life Orb on Thundurus Therian, use an Expert Belt instead. You did choose Thundurus' Therian forme, right?

Thundurus will be in its normal form because reflecting mirror is not obtainable in game without dream radar. If i get this item in some way then it will be therian, so expert belt, huh? Ok. Ferrothorn power whip stealth rock gyro ball and lech seed thats good too. Thanks

But there's still a problem: Thundurus' regular forme is an Uber. If you can get the Dream Radar, you can always use Thunurus' Therian forme (which is still safe for OU, as I've said a few times before).

Basically, the Uber tier is a tier where the Pokemon that are too good for OU go (most of them are legendaries with high stats and/or very wide movepools, though there are a few exceptions).

I suggest you check Smogon's OU tier list for Pokemon that are close to Thundurus-Therian.

Looks like i must search for this thundurus on gts in black 2 or get thi reflecting mirror.

Zapdos is still viable in OU, but Thundurus-T can do whatever it does better.

I'm not sure on your IV spreads, but I think the first one would be good.

Hello, now that you've adjusted your overall team to better suit the current metagame, might I offer up a few more suggestions?

Right now, you've said your line up is as follows:
1. LO Hydregion, Mixed
2. Ferrothorn, Standard
3. Mienshao, LO, All out Attacker
4. Latios, Offensive LO
5. Thundurus-T, Nasty Plot
6. Volcarona, Sub-Quiver

I have a few thoughts about the team's overall synergy, and its place in the OU metagame.

The first big, glaring error is that you have Volcarona without a Spinner. Once your opponent lays down Stealth Rocks (And they will), your Volcarona is essentially worthless. With the diverse movepools, mighty stats, and multiple strategies of the OU metagame, a Volcarona with half of its HP is easy-to-kill deadweight. This will lead into my next point.

Secondly, I feel like your team is very unbalanced in a bad way. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with a Heavy Offensive team (Especially with Ferrothorn as a Defensive pivot), but your Pokemon choices lack the necessary raw destructive power that a Heavy Offensive team needs. Looking at it you have A defensive wall leaning on the Sp. Def side, one UU Physical Attacker, and 4 Special Attackers (Yes, the Hydregion is mixed, but frankly, Mixed Hydregion is very underwhelming. Salamence and Dragonite do it better).

Lastly, your team is rather weak as a whole to some of OUs major threats, and a few of the Anti-Metagame surprises that pop up every now and then to ruin everyone's day. Tyranitar, Terrakion, Landorus, and Infernape are all Pokemon that will give this team problems. Ferrothorn presents a weak counter to the increasingly popular Mixed T-Tar, while Latios and Hydregion don't provide the proper challenge to it with its boosted Sp. Def in the sand. A Scarfed Terrakion would ram through Close Combat for your first three Pokemon, an X-Scissor for Latios, and Stone Edge for the last two. You'd run into the same problem with Scarfed Landorus, scoring Super Effective hits on all your Pokemon with just a few simple switches. Infernape isn't as glaring a problem with Latios, but still gives the rest of your team a scare with a standard mixed set.

Therefore, to alleviate these aforementioned problems, here's what I suggest:

Replace Hydregion with Donphan. While it may not be the best Defensive wall, it creates synergy well with the rest of the team. Also, it provides three key elements to the table: Stealth Rocks, A Defensive Wall, and Rapid Spin. The standard set should suffice:

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rocks
- Earthquake
- Toxic/Roar/Knock Off

Secondly, I'm sorry but Mienshao has got to go. I would go with Platinum Dude's great suggestion of Breloom, who with the upcoming release of Technician, is going to become a fierce new competitor in the OU metagame. His set was fantastic:

Breloom @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Spore
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Stone Edge/Swords Dance

I would opt for Stone Edge for better coverage.

Hope this helped!

1.So say i replace mienshao with technician breloom (when will it be available? It will be on dream world right?). Can you give me some ideas how to protect breloom from flying attacks (he gets x4 damage)
2. What should i do with volcarona?
3. Ferrothorn stays
4. Thundurus stays too in therian (will be hard to get)
5. Latios is still good or what?
6. I don't want donphan. Maybe you can give some hints for hydreigon or suggest other strong rock or dragon type with super moves like earthquake draco meteor and eventualy super power (You said something about salamence and dragonite).

Platinum dude said something about thundurus being an uber. Aren't landorus and terakion ubers too? If they can be used then why normal thundurus can't be.
I have seen thundurus in action at some tournaments like smogon world championships.

Like ManOfSteele said, Volcarona suffers serious damage from Stealth Rock and you need a Rapid Spinner. If you don't want Donphan, go with Starmie:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure

Normal Thundurus is in OU because of its Prankster ability giving priority to its Thunder Wave, potentially disabling fast sweepers before setting up its Nasty Plots. Thundurus-T is still stuck in OU because it doesn't have the luxury of Prankster to make it easty to set up Nasty Plot (it has Volt Absorb instead).

Landorus and Terrakion aren't Ubers because their common weaknesses to Uber types hamper their performance in Ubers somewhat (even though they're still viable in that tier). They're still OU.

Latios is still fine as long as you get rid of its counters first.

While I highly suggest adding some sort of Pokemon with Stealth Rocks as well as a defensive wall, I can suggest an alternative to Hydreigon.

As long as you're replacing Mienshao with Starmie, this should be great.

Since you already have Latios, who hits like a tank with the crazy powerful Draco Meteors, if you really want another Dragon Attacker I would go with a Scarfed Salamence set. I know, I know, you already said no choiced sets. While I'd hate to put this so bluntly, Choice items are an incredibly huge part of competitive battling, they can bring so much to the table. The item Choice Scarf in particular literally reshaped the entire competitive battling world upon its release in D/P; it's one of the best games. And this set I'm about to give you is one of the most fearsome Choice Scarfers in the entire game. I've won games with just this one Pokemon, it's that good.

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Naughty / Naive (Adamant / Jolly if you opt for only physical moves)
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Blast / Brick Break
- Earthquake / Brick Break

With the Choice Scarf, your speed is automatically boosted to 448/492, outpacing all non-scarfers in the OU metagame, as well as all Scarfers under base 100 speed. That, coupled with the automatic attack boost with every kill from Moxie, Salamence is easily the most fearsome revenge killer in the metagame.

Don't even worry about being locked into one move, with Steel types out of the way, against a weakened team (Especially with Spikes support from Ferrothorn) this thing will truck its way through the opposing team.

If you absolutely hate the idea of being locked into one move, than competitive battling is going to be very difficult for you without a Scarfed Pokemon; they are that pivotal to competitive battling.

There are alternatives like DD Dragonite:

Dragonite @ Lum Berry / Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage/Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch
- ExtremeSpeed/Earthquake/Roost

While it won't be as good for your team as Salamence, it's still an option. Multiscale makes Dragonite better than ever as long as you have SR off the field. If you want a bulkier version make sure the last moveslot is Roost, and change the EVs to 252 HP / 44 Atk / 212 Spe.

I absolutely agree with Steele's suggestion of Scarfed MoxieMence. It's incredible as both a suitable revenge killer and fantastic late game sweeper.

Another terribly underrated option is Choice Scarf Haxorus. While not possessing an amazing sweeping ability such as Moxie, it hits like a truck off the bat. He can keep his Adamant nature and max attack while being able to outpace the Pokemon that could outspend and OHKO/Cripple it, including +1 Dragonite, Salamence, +1 Rotom, and others.

Haxorus @ Choice Scarf
4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed (Adamant Nature)
Mold Breaker (great for hitting opposing levitating Pokemon with Earthquake)
- Outrage
- Dual Chop
- Earthquake
- Brick Break/Superpower

Technician Breloom is now released (it's available as a Hidden Hollow Pokemon in B2/W2). Though this may need some breeding, here are the Techniloom sets in case you missed them:
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Seed
-Mach Punch

You still lack a spinner, and Thundurus-T, Salamence, and Volcarona all are going to take huge damage if they switch in repeatedly.

If you don't like the Starmie set PlatDude suggested, you could go for Hitmontop, but he isn't as effective as Starmie.

Hitmontop @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Defense/4 Special Defense (Impish Nature)
Intimidate (you could use Technician on a more offensive set, but that's better suited for UU)
Rapid Spin
Foresight
Close Combat
Sucker Punch/Stone Edge

I already said that i will switch thundurus for starmie with rapid spin, thunderbolt, hydro pump and ice beam. Salamence is not sure yet, maybe volcarona too. I only know that i will have scarfed dragon (not counting latios-he will be there too)

I've got a new idea of replacing salamence with Terakion.
My team will be now:
Terakion Jolly @ Choice band
-stone edge/rock slide
-sacred sword
-x-scissor
-close combat
ev:4hp/252atk/252speed
Latios Timid @ Choice scarf
- draco meteor
- psyshock
- dragon pulse
- trick
ev:4hp/252sp.atk/252speed
Starmie Timid @ leftovers (natural cure)
- hydro pump
- ice beam/blizzard
- thunderbolt
- rapid spin
ev: 252sp.atk/4sp.def/252speed
Ferrothorn Relaxed @ leftovers
- power whip
- stealth rock
- gyro ball
- lech seed
ev:252hp/88def/168sp.def
Breloom Adamant @ life orb (technician)
- bullet seed
- mach punch
- spore
- stone edge
ev:4hp/252atk/252speed
Volcarona Timid @ leftovers
- bug buzz
- fire blast and later fiery dance
- quiver dance
- substitute
ev:252sp.atk/4sp.def/252speed

Any comments?

When Latios is using a Choice item, it needs more coverage than just its STABs; it's walled by Steels at the moment:
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Trick/Psyshock
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

For Breloom, it can use Swords Dance to make its attacks more threatening (SD over Stone Edge; sure, this leaves you walled by a few things, but Breloom's attacks will become crazy strong after a SD boost or two)

Ok. I change stone edge for swords dance and modify latios moveset for that of yours but can I gave up on surf for psyshock (i want trick too). Starmie can defend latios with hydro pump instead.
