There is a person who wants to see a squirtle in my party. how to make him see my party for a squirtle and make him gift me something if i do ?

Yes he is a person in the game

There is an example of checking for the presence of a particular Pokémon in the party in Essentials, which checks for a Celebi. The relevant code is pbHasSpecies?(PBSpecies::CELEBI). Use it as the argument of a Conditional Branch.
