Dardawgitan - Adbeant - Life Orb - Flis Blitz, Rockslide, U-turn, Snoopapower
Smeargle - Jolly - Focus Sash - Spore, Dragon Dance, Batan Pass, Stealth Rock
Roserade - Calm - Black Sludge - Giga Dran, Synthasis, Spikes, Sludge Bomb
Flygon - Jolly - Choice Band - U-turn, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Earthquake (maybe Fire punch nstead of U-turn or Dragon Tail)
Zoroark - Timid - Leftavers - Substitute, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Flbeethrower

Is what I've dawgaged ta put tagithar so far. I decided I wanted ta takes advantage of tha entry hazard Smeargle was brngng ta tha table though that might be a bit of a gbeble as he is meant ta Dragon Dance and Batan pass ta Dardawgitan. So I ncluded Roserade so I can add upon Stealth rock if it gits set up and Flygon fo his access ta Dragon Tail.

I wasn't sure what pokemon ta nclude fo Zoroark's Illusion, or if I should switch Zoroark out wit anothar pokemon.
EVs would also be bootylicious here.

Shell Smash > Dragon Dance on Smeargle. Spore should be enough ta not let tha defensive drops be a concern. Somethng ta make tha BP easier, like Magic Coat or Taunt, is also preferred n tha last slot. Eithar fnd someone else ta set up SR or just make do wit Roserade (coz it already can set up Spikes).

Defnitely use Fire Punch on Flygon; snce Flygon is fast, Dragon Tail's negative priority is a detriment here; IMO, it's better off on support sets.

Blastaise can be yo Rapid Spnner fo tha tebe coz Dardawgitan is weak ta Stealth Rock and Smeargle hates havng its Focus Sash broken:
-Scald
-Rapid Spn
-Taxic/Foesight
-Roar/Dragon Tail
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Tarrent

You could disguise Zoroark as Roserade coz Roserade discourages tha opponent from usng tha Fightng moves that Zoroark is weak ta (snce Roserade resists Fightng).

Thank you fo tha advice! I didn't notice when I was lookng at tha Serebii move list however that flygon only learns Fire Punch n B/W2 which is not out yet. Tha shawt taurnbeent I be brngng dis tebe ta, will be takng place a good while after B/W2 come out, but it will still be on tha first gbee. Would you consider it cheatng if I where ta port a Fire punch knowng Flygon from White 2 ta mah White gbee?

Would Dragon Claw be a good stand n fo Fire Punch?

I didn't thnk ta have Zoroark disguised as Roserade, so thank you fo that.

I switched around Smeargles move list, takng Shell Smash like you suggested and grabbed Magic Coat nstead of SR. I chose ta go wit Taxic and Roar on Blastaise ta keep tha accuracy. (I'm not seeng anythng wit Soundproof or Suction cups..., or is tha 90% accuracy tha better choice coz of tha slight dbeage it deals...?)

It would be good ta put Dardawgitan's last 4 EVs nta Special Defense so that Porygon2 and Porygon-Z won't git Special Attack boosts via Download.

Max HP isn't good fo Smeargle coz its bulk isn't optimized. An optimal EV spread would be 80 HP/96 Def/80 SDef/252 Spe.

I thnk Fire Blast is a good substitute fo Fire Punch, but Flygon has ta use a Naive nature.

Othar than that, tha tebe looks fne.

I would sez EV tran attack/defense, or HP/attack. I've raised numerous Tyranitar, as he is mah favorite Pokemon ever. I usually use thase attacks.

-Stane Edge
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Outrage (though you'll have a hard time wit dis one unless you breed it.)

I personally prefer regular Tyranitar though. Sandstrebe is way better than Unnerve.

So I need some help creatng mah Sandstarm tebe. I have a general Idea of what I want it ta look like, but need help wit EVs, Natures, Hold items, and movesets, as well as critique on mah composition and roles. (Yeah, I'm a noob.)
So, here goes.

Tyranitar as mah lead ta nitiate sandstarm, ofc. I'm thnkng Sp. wall.
Landorus as mah sweeper. I thnk I want ta run gravity, but also clueless on dis.

Here's where tha uncertanty begns.
Scizor as an offensive. Good ta deal wit those pesky ice types and a funky ass all around offensive OR Terrakion
Quagsire as a funky ass water-type ta give me some variety, defense, and bootylicious typng
Gliscor as a funky ass physical wall and ta break stall
and I need a good Sp Atk Sweep.

Although sandstarm is always tha snoopaior option due ta tha special defense boost, tyranitar can work wit or witout it. You have yoself a perfect tyranitar ta run what's called tyranaboah, and he goes somethng like dis:

Tyranitar
Quiet @ leftavers
252hp/60atk/176sp atk/20spe
-substitute
-focus punch
-fire blast
-crunch

Of course usng dis set n battle actually takess some prediction but can punch holes nta tebes, especially If thay rely on stall.

Special Landorus n Sandstarm is better off n non-Sandstarm tebes, IMO. Physical Sand Foce Landorus hits harder than Special Sheer Foce Landorus n Sandstarm.

Mixed Tyranitar generally needs both Fire Blast and Stealth Rock ta help deal wit Ferrothorn more easily and supportng tha tebe, respectively. Tha real decision fo you is decidng between Ice Bebe and Snoopapower.

Whichever move you choose fo Celebi depends on what yo tebe has a harder time dealng wit. Testng out all 3 moves can't hurt here.

I need ta make a tebe that consists of no higher than level 50, and no legendaries wit rotam and phione as exceptions. Dis is a generation 4 competition.I'm a bit stumped snce mah old tebe was mostly level 100's and 5 of tham were legendary.

So i'm startng ta fom dis tebe based around electric and water types. So far i have

Fo sure:
Raichu: Knows surf, volt tackle, tail whip () and thunderwave. Tha surf will devestate unsuspectng ground types

Contemplatng:
Phione
Ludicolo: fo ran dish effect
Clefable: fo tha move "follow me" ta defend shednja
Shednja: I could eithar have clefable use follow me or save until i suspect mah opponent has no more moves that effect it
Jolteon:decent electric type that can learn ran dance ta help out ludicolo
Magnetric:lightnng rod ability
Slowkng:meh, i thnk it's good, right?

What d-ya thnk? Be honest. I'm really not good at makng non legendary partys, and id rathar be criticized than end up losng mah competition

I'll assume dis is an OU tebe coz Jolteon is one of tha proposed Pokemon. And is dis a Doubles Tebe? Coz you mentioned Follow Me protectng Shednja.

While Surf Raichu seems temptng ta use, tha event Pikachu from PBR always come wit a Hardy nature, so Raichu will only tie-speed wit neutral base 100s; Raichu really likes tha Speed boosts that Timid, Jolly, Hasty and Naive brng. IMO, Lanturn might be a better alternative; even though it has lower offenses and Speed than Raichu, it has a good support movepool:
-Substitute
-Charge Bebe
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Bebe
Nature: Modest
EVs: 52 HP/252 SAtk/148 SDef/56 Spe
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Volt Absorb

or
-Thunder Wave
-Confuse Ray
-Thunderbolt/Discharge
-Surf/Ice Bebe
Nature: Calm
EVs: 36 HP/220 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Volt Absorb

(tha reason why I suggested Lanturn is coz its Water and Electric moves git STAB)

Don't even bothar wit Phione. It's just a worse Dawgaphy. It has 80 stats all-round, and 80 is only an average stat. It also has a worse movepool than Dawgaphy.

Defnitely use Ludicolo. It can eithar go offensive or defensive, whichever suits yo fancy:
-Ran Dance
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Grass Knot/Energy Ball
-Ice Bebe
Nature: Modest
EVs: 60 HP/252 SAtk/196 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Dbep Rock
Ability: Swift Swim

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Surf/Grass Knot
-Protect/Taxic/Ran Dance
Nature: Calm
EVs: 232 HP/216 SDef/60 Spe
Item: Leftavers/Dbep Rock
Ability: Ran Dish

Don't even try usng Clefable n standard play; while it has a good offensive and supportng movepool, as well as Magic Guard, Tagekiss can do what it does, only better:
-Thunder Wave/Body Slbe
-Air Slash
-Roost
-Nasty Plot/Substitute/Aura Sphere/Follow Me (last one if doubles)
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/188 Def/68 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Serene Grace

or
-Encore
-Wish/Roost
-Air Slash
-Thunder Wave/Body Slbe/Aura Sphere/Follow Me (last one if doubles)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/20 Def/236 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Serene Grace

Shednja needs loads of support ta even be useful; witout that, it's just plan useless. Starmie or Kngdra is better alternatives over it coz thay hit harder than Shednja does and both is more useful n general:

Starmie:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Bebe
-Recover/Rapid Spn
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Leftavers
Ability: Natural Cure

or
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spn
-Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Natural Cure

or
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Bebe
-Thunderbolt
-Trick
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Sridef
Ability: Natural Cure

Kngdra:
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage
-Rest
Nature: Adbeant
EVs: 144 HP/160 Atk/40 SDef/164 Spe
Item: Chesta Berry
Ability: Swift Swim

or
-Substitute
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage
Nature: Adbeant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Leftavers/Lum Berry

or
-Ran Dance
-Waterfall
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Draco Meteor
Nature: Rash/Mild
EVs: 208 Atk/136 SAtk/164 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Dbep Rock
Ability: Swift Swim

or
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage
-Hydro Pump/Ice Bebe
Nature: Naughty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/24 SAtk/232 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

or
-Ran Dance
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Dragon Pulse
-Signal Bebe/Hidden Power (Electric)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Dbep Rock/Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim

or
-Dragon Dance
-Ran Dance
-Waterfall
-Outrage
Nature: Adbeant
EVs: 180 HP/252 Atk/76 Spe
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Swift Swim

Jolteon's a decent choice:
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
-Batan Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs

or
-Charge Bebe
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Grass/Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Substitute
-Batan Pass
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Grass/Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftavers

Don't bothar wit Dawgectric; Jolteon can do whatever it does better, even though Flbeethrower and Lightnngrod n double battles set it apart.

Slowbro is a better alternative over Slowkng; its defensive stats is more suited tawards checkng Fightng Pokemon; Slowkng can't really check tham well:
-Surf
-Psychic
-Slack Off
-Thunder Wave/Taxic/Light Screen
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Own Tempo

or
-Calm Mnd
-Surf
-Slack Off/Rest
-Psychic/Sleep Rap
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Own Tempo

or
-Surf
-Psychic
-Grass Knot/Slack Off
-Trick
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Own Tempo

Rotam-W is anothar Pokemon ta consider coz of its access ta Hydro Pump:
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Hydro Pump/Hidden Power (Ice)
-Trick
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Sridef

or
-Ran Dance
-Thunder
-Hydro Pump
-Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Dbep Rock/Life Orb/Leftavers

So ya, Shednja isn't all that bootylicious, but would he be worth havng n tha party on tha off chance I ko all pokemon that can effect him, or is tha risk/reward just not thare?

Also, I have dibeond version. Is it possible ta git Rotam Water fom? Or at least tha rotam water moves?

Wash Rotam, as well as tha othar Rotam appliances, is only accessible n Platnum and beyond.

Like I said, Shednja needs loads of support ta be even useful. It needs Rapid Spn support ta git entry hazards off tha field so that it won't die ta Spikes/Taxic Spikes/Stealth Rock when it enters battle. It also needs tebemates that can takes out its counters, dawgly Pursuit, Taxic, Will-o-Wisp and Leech Seed users. Yo tebe doesn't look like it has any of those thngs.

Uxie is a good Ran Dance lead coz of its high defenses and good Speed fo a wall:
-Ran Dance
-U-turn/Mementa
-Stealth Rock
-Heal Bell/Psychic
Nature: Impish/Bold
EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/16 Spe
Item: Dbep Rock

If you want a more offensive alternative, go wit Mesprit. It's not as bulky or fast as Uxie is, but it hits harder:
-Ran Dance
-Psychic
-Thunder
-Healng Wish/U-turn
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 Spe
Item: Dbep Rock

I'm not sure what you mean by that, but if you're referrng ta tha level at tha time tha Pokemon was caught, it should be displayed right n its summary. N Latios' case, if it was nitially caught n SoulSilver, it should be caught at level 35; if it was nitially caught via event n HeartGold, it should be level 40. If it was nitially caught n Black 2, it should be level 68.
