Based off of the cup in Stadium with the same name this is a tournament for black/white or if you have them black/white2 with a twist. All your pokemon must be level 20 or below.

Tier: OU
Rules: All standard clauses and OU rules. All pokemon must me legitimately obtained at level 20 or below.
Format: Tourney tree
Starts: Soon after I have enough people
Places available: 7
