I'm gonna try. It's on the weekend before I need to be back up at Uni so I'm not making promises just yet but hopefully I'll be there.

Also.. omg :c Christmas sales are starting and I already bought myself an espresso maker (it has 3 years warranty and was less than half price so like 30 pounds)..

And I bought a flight back to Canada to see my parents (500 pounds later that's incl insurance).. but to be fair that's cheap and.. I kinda need/want to visit them..

But.. I want a couple jumpers (I only have one that fits me well because I lost some weight) and they're all on sale now so.. waahh! But I don't want to spend too much!! But I want them all!

It would really suck. Not my idea of a happy holiday lol.

Gah I'm kinda jelly of you. I really want to hear that sound again. It's far more soothing than listening to the wind and watching the snow blow. :c

@Team Fail Oh god you reminded me of that movie called The Day After Tomorrow. Seeing everything frozen really creeped me out and caused me to think the world really was ending in an ice age.

I do agree with Kura though, nothing will probably ever happen and once it becomes Saturday where I am (my country reaches the date line pretty early) I will tell you that nothing happened.

Tbh that really does depend on who you know. Admittedly my feed is often filled with garbage (usually submitted by people I used to know from school), but some of the stuff my classmates from uni put on there is quite entertaining. Also FB chat is a great way to contact your friends quickly if they're online.

The worst thing about Facebook is the notifications that say "Personthatyouoncemetforfivesecondsataparty has requested that you check out their farm on Farmville". Those drive me up the wall.

I quit facebook a looooooong time ago. I just stick to twitter where things are simply awesome.

I use Twitter nowadays cos I get to be really crazy there, and I love tweeting someone who I used to talk to on PC who joined back when you modded NU/W.

I actually have been missing him since he left in August to do his studies.

I have to admit, I find it really hard to get on Facebook, ever since a friend I had tried to break my partner and myself up, and then most of my other friends deleted me, I don't have much reason to go on there. Anyone I need to contact are on MSN (my Dad) or Skype (my Sister and her partner).

I take breaks from Facebook occasionally but it really lets me keep in contact with friends/family that I don't get to see often that don't have Twitter. I honestly couldn't live without it for very long.

This is pretty much the only reason I really use Facebook still. Otherwise, I would have given it up a looooong time ago.

I use Facebook mostly to keep up with offline friends (high school, college, work, etc.) though I do have a few close online friends on there. I use Twitter exclusively for communicating with online friends though. They both have their pros and cons, but I prefer Twitter overall.
