Grr... I had my post nearly typed up. Then the browser goes back. oh well.

Anyways... That SU is declined sorry to say. It's way too short.

Appearance: That is not nearly enough to go on. Talk about his build, is he skinny, or fat, or right in the middle? And his clothes could use more details. Any special decals? Any scars or birthmarks? How does he hold himself? Does he slouch? Think about stuff like this.

Personality: This needs more work too. Why is he shy? What does he do if people push him to open up? What makes him mad? Any particular quirks? Is he arrogant about his intelligence? Or does he have no confidence at all? What scares him? Why does he like pokemon? Or does he like them at all?

History: This may be the hardest one, but it needs more details too, a lot more. What kind of people were his parents? His grandparents? Did they treat him well? Did they shelter him? And you referenced bullies in your pokemon, explain what happened there to make it evolve. You could talk more about the dream too. Or about why he decided to leave and be a trainer. Talk about his friends, his enemies, all of it.

Power: And... This doesn't really fit too well. It's more of what Groudon would have. Use some imagination, Arceus is the god of all pokemon. But make sure its toned down, at least, to begin.

Anyways, I was typing up a post and in case I don't finish in time, Garet can assume Jari is unconscious and the two other humans currently alive in the gym (everyone else escaped) aren't near. Jasmine is getting bandages, and Chan is far away in a corner of the gym torn between his conscience and his brain.

I dunno. Nothing, I think, captures as much enthusiasm as new players. Which I think would be great, like new harbingers, Dawn, Knights, etc.

Oh god. Plot twists, as what usually attracts me the most to a roleplay is excitement, you know, unpredictability. I mean, when I first signed up this could go ANYWHERE. Which is how I like it.

Jari has his backpack, correct. It's unusually heavy though. He has some other stuff in his hotel room- some changes of clothes, a bit of food, and the like. Everything relatively important is in his backpack as of now.

Hey Garet. Let's assume Jari decides to wake up/do something 10 minutes away from the gym... where would he be at the rate and destination Stryker is going?

Hm...they'd probably go up onto the rooftops, where it'd be a little faster than the streets filled with people. Still, it can't be too fast, and they're on their way outta town. I'd say...probably a few blocks away from the Gym? Depending on how big those blocks are; I'm assuming that the Gym is somewhere in the middle of Tokyo.

EDIT: I will likely not be able to check in until Thursday or Friday, since I'll be gone on a trip until then.

...to find that time stopped for about five seconds. I don't see any reason for at least some of the characters to even realize that it happened, so I may just go with acknowledging it in my post, unless...?

I'm just posting cause it's quiet 'cause I'm just saying I'm alive and kicking. Just trying to get myself outta the jam I put Jari in and trying to flesh out a plot for my next RP (DEADMAN.exe- the PMD one I was thinking of should appear later).

EDIT: Rayn, the character from my latest post, looks like A.C.Eos from Megaman Star Force 3. (I haven't played that in ages!)

sorry about not being in here for a while, life got busy. Really busy.

An Garet, the reason that some characters would realize time stopped and others wouldn't is based on their inner strength, and how in tune with the balance of the world they were. naturally all the harbingers are able to feel when another harbinger does something major like that, but shockingly, so are others that are in tune with the world. Mostly pokemon, but some normal humans. For example, Winny sensed it pretty easily, but Van didn't even notice what had happened, and Quin was marginally aware of something. Though as I type this I realize that I am responding to a message that is pretty old. Sorry.
