Team Fire and Ice (Now Recruiting)

INTRODUCTION:

Hi PC. I'm xWhyNotx, but you can call me Piplup. I am posting this to bring together a great group of hackers who, together, can make the greatest hacks ever. The goals for this team are simple. We will work on the hack known as Pokemon: White Noise. If the team works great together like I hope, we may do another hack. For now, let's just focus on this project.

CURRENT PROJECT:

Hack of: Pokemon: Fire Red (U)

STORYLINE:
You awaken. The world is strange. Darkess, destruction. What happened? Is it all really just a dream? NO! It's the future. Celebi has seen the strength within you to stop this devistation. Celebi sends you back to your own time where you must stop Dialga and Palkia from destroying the world. You leave your hometown determined to do great things. Whether that means saving the world or winning the world championship. As you embark on your adventure you find the region is being terrorized by a group known as Team Nova. They plan to capture the legendary pokemon and use them to control the region. They have brainwashing machines that will make the pokemon do what they say! You must stop them before they succeed! You cannot let them go through with their plans. The world rests in your hands!

I like you. Welcome to the team! We already have an OW spriter but We could use a battle spriter. I'd like to see prove of your mapping. If I like it, you've got the job. The same goes for Tile editing. As for being a scripter, We could always use them! :D

For now, do nothing. When I get the tiles inserted I'll send you the rom so you can map using the tiles I put in. When you map you'll be you'll be making the first town, which is small, then a route west to the first city. From there I'll need the game back to insert more tiles and to script.

Alright, a town. Simple enough. I can just totally wing it, right? I don't need to follow the same format for every town and city? As long as it matches up, can I have ramdom changes in style?

Yes! Changes in style are great! I have the world map drawn out already know of towns that will have certain styles, such are Volcan Town (in a volcano), Tundara Town and Glacial City (snow and ice), and Caveshadow Town (in a cave)

Ima scripter haha, i saw you needed a scripter so i thought: i'll apply.
To be honest. its been 2-3 months ive scripted for the last time. I really like scripting.
