Welcome to the PokéCommunity's first pop-up thread. We're less than half an hour away from a Pokémon Direct announcement by Mr. Iwata, who may potentially reveal some pretty awesome Pokémon game. In our first pop-up thread (that means we're gonna close it soon) let's all get together and watch Pokémon Direct together!

If you aren't already prepared to watch Pokémon Direct, prepare by going to a stream below:
Throughout the morning/late morning/maybe the afternoon/night, let's discuss the Pokemon Direct right here, and discuss away the announcements that are about to pop up! Or, discuss it live with other PokéCommunity members at the PokéCommunity Chat.

Gotta wonder why you'd use bandwidth to re-stream something like that.

Oh well.

By the way, it's a main series Pokémon title. You can tell because the Japanese website distinguishes it by calling it "Pocket Monsters", which isn't used for any spinoffs.

I wonder if they'll change up the transfer system. I mean, I don't wanna get all hyped up over these games only to find that I can't migrate my Pokemon. Hopefully, they'd have done something right and allow tems to migrate as well?
