Where do you get the paintings for the Lilycove Museum? Also when you get them, what do you get?

You get them through contests then after you get six you get a trainer * and you get a glass blue moltrace scupture.

to get a painting up you have to win the master rank contest with at least 5 hearts ( at the results) and stars then a guy comes out and sais he did a picture and then askes you if he should bring it to the museum say yes and voala its there.
