Regice
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Clear body
EVs: 252 Spa, Def Spd, 4 Hp
-Explosion
-Ice beam
-Blizzard
-Hyper beam

With massive Special defense,Regice can take almost any special hit.It has also good physical defense of 100.
So,Regice takes a hit because he's slow and then Ice beam/Blizzard and Garchomp is destroyed.

Regice is a terrible counter for Garchomp because it still takes massive damage from its Swords Dance-boosted moves, and may Arceus have mercy on you if Garchomp had a Substitute up before you switched in. If it did have a Substitute, Garchomp can set up a Swords Dance as Regice breaks it. Earthquake or Outrage backed by +2 Attack can then OHKO Regice.

Your set has a lot of flaws. 1. Jolly is terrible because it wastes away its good Special Attack. 2. It's pointless to invest in Speed on a Pokemon that's very slow unless it's meant to outspeed certain walls. 3. Hyper Beam is a terrible move because of its recharge turn making Regice a sitting duck. 4. Explosion is weak running off of base 50 Attack. 5. Thunderbolt and Focus Blast are coverage moves you could've used.

Anyway:

Klinklang:

-Shift Gear
-Gear Grind
-Wild Charge
-Return
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 100 HP/252 Atk/156 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body

Klinklang resists all of Regice's moves, giving it time to set up a Shift Gear, followed by hitting it hard with Gear Grind.

EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp.Attack
Moves: Overheat, Thunderbolt, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave

+1 252+ Atk Klinklang Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-H: 105-124 (34.5 - 40.7%) -- 54.6% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Then Rotom-H toasts Klinklang with Overheat.

Could defeat Rotom with either two Stone Edges or Close Combats. If it manages to set up Swords Dance somehow, then it should be able to OHKO Rotom with any of its moves.

EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Amoongus is bulky enough to endure Virizion's moves.

252+ Atk Life Orb Virizion Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 228+ Def Amoonguss: 112-133 (25.9 - 30.7%) -- 1.8% chance to 4HKO after Black Sludge recovery

If Virizion uses Stone Edge when Amoongus is brought out, it'll be able to 3HKO Virizion with ease after it uses Spore on the following turn.

28 SpA Amoonguss Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Virizion: 140-168 (43.3 - 52%) -- 9.4% chance to 2HKO

If Virizion sets up Swords Dance, the combo of the aforementioned moves can be used once again to defeat it.

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Virizion Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 228+ Def Amoonguss: 222-263 (51.3 - 60.8%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

28 SpA Amoonguss Sludge Bomb vs. 160 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 84-100 (23.9 - 28.4%) -- possible 5HKO

236+ SpA Volcarona Fiery Dance vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Amoonguss: 354-416 (81.9 - 96.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

The only way that mushroom has a chance is if he uses Spore on the switch-->gets rid of Chesto Berry-->survives first hit --> uses Spore again. With Sleep Clause active it's GG.

Avoids the 2HKO thanks to maximum investment in special bulk, Assault Vest, and the sand, then easily OHKOs Volcarona with Stone Edge.

Trevenant takes a pittance from both of Quagsire's offensive moves and KOs back with Horn Leech. While Trevenant won't like taking burn or poison, it can Rest it off.

Regardless, if 6 Sp. Def was a typo as opposed to 4, it still didn't matter. Lunatone ftw. Biggest worry for Lunatone is U-Turn, though, and I'm not sure how exactly it'll work, so maybe this set is inherently flawed. Oh well.

Assault Vest prevents Lunatone from using status moves like Calm Mind and Stealth Rock.

Due to Choice Band, Rhyperior would be stuck to Stone Edge, which Suicune is bulky enough to endure. After it's sent out on the field, it would immediately use Scald and take down Rhyperior. If it's ever in low HP, it should always be able to recover itself with Rest. With Sleep Talk, it could continue attacking while it's asleep. :]

Lickilicky can Wish itself to sustain that damage while Ludicolo is getting worn down thanks to Life Orb recoil. Lickilicky can either Toxic stall, or go on the offensive with Return. Either way, it's gg to Ludicolo.
