Imagination time !

If something like megaman.exe exists in a few years. AI that can talk and other things, you think pokemon battles or pets will exist digitally? maybe even a hologram table where you look through glass and you see them.

sorry i must sound like a little kid here.

But i want to know what everyone thinks of the megaman.exe styled idea

for those who dont know
Megaman.exe is the Megaman from the battle network series which is based around portable computers with a Avatar inside it, that can hear and talk like humans. In the Anime it is seen that they also had battles with their avatars called Netnavi's, with special chips in their portable computers they make the attacks.
And they even had small hologram tables where you saw them fighting in real life instead of on a screen.

Could you explain what "megaman.exe" is to us who don't know?

I'd love to have hologram pets like pokemon. Since they wouldn't be "alive" per se, it wouldn't be a horrible thing to battle. Could probably become a sport much like in the pokemon games. There could be whole buildings with hologram projectors abundant so that the pokemon could walk with you outside the arena and have a personality and stuff.

That would be awesome and funny at the same time considering the war with Digimon in the 90s Pokemon would actually be digital monsters lol

(Also yeaaaa for being a EXE fan)

It's hard to tell. When a franchise brings in this much money into a company the company usually gets more creative because they have extra money to spend. Looking at the past, there has been so many Pokemon products besides the actual games and anime themselves(Such as pillows, food, toys, books, etc....).

As technology and the Pokemon franchise increases we're bound to see some unexpected doors open.

That would be cool if we could have digital Pokemon actually follow us around like they do the trainers in the game and anime and we could battle our friends with the virtual pokemon in real life. There could be rela life tournaments and it would be so fun!
