Because some people always get confused and keep asking questions... here's the ultimate FAQ...

I thought Blue is a boy!(not really a question)
OH GOD! According to the JAPANESE manga Blue is a girl! so you'll come across Blue being called a boy a lot

Isn't Green a girl?

Is Yellow a boy or a girl?
Yellow's a girl, she just disguised herself and didn't reveal her gender...

What's Manga?
Manga is japanese for comics.

How many Pokémon Manga are there?
3 which got translated in Viz, you probably know them. Pokemon Adventures, Pokemon Magical Journey, and Electric Pikachu Boogaloo
