You can create an RPG with this program. You can create, but not edit.
Since Pokemon is an RPG, you can develop Pokemon Games, but not edit them.

dude, I think you got it wrong, Sphere is a RPG Maker right but you can't edit or create ROMs with it. You can make games of your own for COMPUTER and with ur own graphics or ripped graphics but you can't make your own rom. I dunno where did u get this idea from but that person/website/whatever is very wrong and besides, even if sphere were to be a Hacking tool, it should go on the respective forums, this is for game development and not game hacking, sorry but I'll have to report this as it is only giving wrong information to new people which don't actually know what Sphere is.

Yeah, I guess so. Some guy at another forum showed a picture of his map that was created by Sphere. So I'm not sure.

sphere is a good, and a legal rpg maker,
you need to code everything yourself.

but you dont need to create a thread for this
