Supporter Group

Uhm... yeah.

I personally think the color of the supporter group is rather ugly, and a couple others have agreed with me.

Would it be possible for someone to give it a new color instead of this rather sickly green?

Acutally I knida agree, I just donated like 2 hours ago, so when I get my italics/color name, I think it should be pwetty...

It's not sickly. I love the community supporter color. :3
And it makes you stand out a bit more. Plus it's the color of the money you donated XD

I feel that it, combined with the italic, make us fade farther than stand out. Italic does that overall.

I actually like the italics...but maybe if it was a little darker...the brightness is just too much...

I'd disagree, but the mods get their colour changed every few months, so I'd say it's only fair.

I would go for a dark green or purple but not blue...too generic for PC since many of the layouts have blue as the default member username color.

we have to base colors on what works on the most themes.. if we were to use a darker greeen for example, it won't look right on the darker layouts same with brighter colors.. coming up with a color is sometimes quite hard..

If you want to suggest a cloor that SAYS supporter, then post some hex suggestions (test in various themes first)..

Might as well. If their colour is changed now, eventually it'll be requested to be changed again, and again, and sooner or later it'll be taken away.

Sounds like a good idea to me, they would stand out more, and there wouldn't be this whole fuss over color.

To be fair, only two people have asked so far, and the usergroup has had that colour for nearly a year now. Now last year, the mod colour changed 3 times, and the praetor colour changed twice. My point here is that if you think they should lose their colour because of this, it'd only be fair for the same to happen with the mods and praetors.

Just to clarify, my reason was that I never have liked the idea of buying a coloured name. I eventually forgot about it, but being able to choose the colour really is buying a coloured name. =\

Then perhaps they should all agree on it then, from what I can see, some want to change it and some don't. It wouldn't be fair ifit was changed and some didn't want it changed.

I have no problem with then changing it, in all fairness, they deserve to choose what happens to their user group because as you said they actually do pay for it. But they all need to agree on a colour change, y'know.

Even though it is not my business but i think you guys should go with that praetor color. I've seen it before and it looks great!
