My friend said he made this spriteset and he said I could put it in my rom-hack. (in my sig) but I'm not sure if he made it.



Does anyone know who made it? or If i don't need permission

that seems pretty much like a sprite of hiro that colin (the dude who's making me all of the johto stuff) made me but I'm not sure, even though - you shouldn't create a thread to ask that, do it on the help or request thread

It's made by Polaris, so your friend didn't make it, unless he is Polaris.
This doesn't belong here either, you could have asked in the Help and Request thread.
