1. Because you need the Silver Wing to trigger the Lugia event. You get the Silver Wing in Pewter City, but Zel hasn't gotten to that point yet.

2. I really don't know.

Or you can fish for a Wailmer at Cianwood City, but they're very rare.

While playing the beta as the girl character i noticed that in her running sprite down her eyes have only one pixel instead of two making her look asian ( No offence to asians )

u have to go to the goldenrod city( where u get ur bike) and defeate the team rockets.

Ok well i think i found a bug in the game... i was playing and all of a sudden moves like tail whip,growl,etc. anything that lowers stats covers the entire screen like the blue,red,or green lines that would normally cover your pokemon only..it also happens with surf. is there any way to fix it i mean it doesnt alter game play it just looks annoying.

Well, it must be the rom u used to patch, ussualy if u use a non 100% pure rom to patch, these sort of probems occur.

- Which starters pokemons are present in b4. I have Mudkip and Charmander, who more is avaible? U dont need to tell me the locations.

- If Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Flamethrower are tm's present in beta. Thanks!

EDIT: I'm not sure if this is just me but, I patched over my old BETA.4 and when I went into certain poke-marts I appear in a small room with no doors and no place to walk stuck in 1 spot, does this happen to anyone else?

I looked at the guide and it says its somewhere between New Bark Town and Route 27. However, I've searched for about 5 days now and have not found a single one.

I want to know whether you can find it either in New Bark Town where the 15 square surf tiles are, Route 27, or in the 15 square surf tiles in "Pallet Town."? Or can it be found anywhere in that water? Please help me.

I say Pallet Town because after surfing onto Route 27, when you go back to New Bark it becomes Pallet Town's label *very convenient to get to Blackthorne and Mahogany if you ask me *

This is a big load. MY Chikaritas Tackle missed 18 freaking times in a row without the opponent using and evasion or accuaracy allteration moves. Infact its a magikarp >.>

OK, I will fix that. And the Celebi, if you started a new game, or enter Azalea from the east you would never able to catch it before travelling to Kanto. So there are no problems there, just that you did things as they would not normally done (the problem on playing older betas saves)

I have not added any other starters from B3 to B4, because the next I'm gonna add will require having one of the Rods (and obviously, I will not reveal where I'm gonna hide it )
Those three moves are TMs, but you will not get them in an easy way (remember that Goldenrod's Casino only allows you to get the higher-less accurate versions), but, if my memory doesn't fails, you can get Ice Beam at Victory Road.

Yep, problem of "patching over a patch" (you patched over the Preview) You need to patch over a clean rom.

Hey Zel, There is just a small problem at the begianing.
At the begianing of the game when your mom gives you the pokégear( VS Seeker).
Its seems to loop.When you leave the house and go back in and walk back to the stairs the event repeats. I guess it only repeats once becuze i walk in to see if it would do it again but it didn't. Just thought you would like to know. Oh, I was playing
