I haven't watched in a while due to the fact that I can't get up at seven but they need to hurry up and get to the Pokemon Tournament so I can see all the battles, ash lose, and maybe previews of Black and White Pokes

It was reported by MSN TV which is where dub titles are usually reported. Cartoonnetwork.com hasn't updated yet so it that's it for now.

I honestly think that those are either working titles, or TPC is literally, completely dry of unbelievable puns D:

The Pokemon ranger eps usually aren't puns, but it would be cool if they stopped doing puns completely. It's so hard to find old episodes because you can't remember the weird pun they made. Looking at them, they're pretty much exact translations of the Japanese titles...I wonder if it was just a mistake they released these titles instead.

I saw a commercial today for Pokemon on Cartoon Network about the Sinnoh League starting soon. I assume they meant Sinnoh Pokemon League, so maybe they'd skip the filler episodes and have Ash fight Volkner next week and then start the Sinnoh League?

Not for the dubbed episodes, nope. I'm not sure of which commercial you're referring to, but there's more than just fillers between Ash's battle with Volkner this week and the Sinnoh League.

They wouldn't skip the filler episodes. And I have never seen any commercial saying this, other than "Sinnoh League Victors is here!"

DP171: "Dawn of a Royal Day"
DP172: "With the Easiest of Grace"

Hmm, two decent titles in my opinion.
