One word to describe the game at the moment, GREAT!!!

The battle system and new menu look great, and the maps and graphics are just pure awesome.

Im definately checking here alot.

I think it's pretty much the way CBS are to be done in Rm2k3, forks and such. A really hard task to do, not because of complexity but because of time you spend copying and pasting code.

Dude, he did not disappear, and it hasn't been that long.
He is currently working on the systems, so he could only post the screenshots of his code. Do be patient.

Don't worry everybody, I'm not giving up on this and not dead or anything.
I just didn't want to post until I had something (screenshots) to post about....

Finally..... I do....

After almost a month of no screenshots, I taught I'd better post some to keep everyone intrested.....

I present, the new bag system- compete with the new look of the diamond/pearl bag and some new coding I did.
Sorry for the wait, but I wanted to wait until it was coded before I showed it off.



And ofcourse, if you wish, you can make the bag system's graphics transparent by chosing so in the main menu:

It looks great. It looks exactly like the one from D/P. I have one thing to say, though. I know it is a very small problem, but the the curve at the bottom of the lowercase Y is missing its shadow.

The new look and revamped bag system
Third time's a charm

Ok everyone, this is it.
My third and hopefully final version of the bag system.

After running into trouble coding the Diamond/Pearl bag system, I decided to make my own bag system from scratch. I got some mixed reactions to the diamond/pearl bag, some saying it was too complicated. So this new version is really simple.
I've coded it all into the main menu so it works right off the bat.

The bag now has a simple interface.
Press the number 1 or 3 keys to change the bag pocket, and the left and right arrows to change the highlighted slot.
Items will also be highlighted when selected (they appear grey when not selected).
The number of the item of which you are highlighting appears on the bottom right of the bag screen.

And again, like every menu or interface in the game, you can choose to have the background transparent through the options menu.
