Shiny Eevee (if posible nicknamed VEEVEE)

Lvl 99(not 100)
Max in all stats
Max in all contest stats
Moves
Baton Pass
Wish
Curse
Shadow Ball

I can't really offer you any thing because you could get anything but name a pokemon if you want it and I will try to get it
