Depends on what you are looking for, but pritty much yeah, most of my starters have pritty good moves and stuff...

could i get one? and what would it cost me? im trying to get one to evolve my shiny scyther. (i dont quite want to evolve it yet- just enough to get enough speed out of hte scyther (scizor base speed is 40pts less). and if you had a power anklet, that would help LOADS

Three heart scales I have, but Im pritty sure I only have one rare candy, but I may be able to clone it for you...

Sorry, no power anklet, but u can have the coat pritty cheaply, what can you offer?

What about shiny gallade or shiny porygon? i can give u three heartscales and a rare candy for one of those (oops, i mean 2 rare candys)

i could attach a masterball, or i could give you a misdreavous (since you have diamond), a cranidos fossil, an alakazam, or burmy, etc. just to name a few
