I have two identical ones for trade so offer away. I like shinies, particularly shiny legends. No events unless they're shiny.

Does it really count as IVed if none of its IVs are 31? (I mean unless it's a legend and you have to reset for IVs)

I dunno I thought those ivs were pretty good.
