Subforums Suggestion

I think you should put a sub forum in the wifi sections for certain level trades/battles.

eg.
Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum (DS)
-Wi-Fi Battle Stadium
--Level 0-10 Battle
--Level 10-20 Battle
--Level 20-30 Battle
--Level 30-40 Battle
--Level 40-50 Battle
--Level 50-60 Battle
--Level 60-70 Battle
--Level 70-80 Battle
--Level 80-90 Battle
--Level 90-100 Battle
--Any Level Battle

This would be good for people who have started a new game and wanna trade with others but actually have pokemon other people might want.

PS: Or you could just make threads for them and sticky them.

No. Standard rules are Lv 100. Besides the fact that you have the option to boost all levels to 100 for Wifi battles. It would just create unnecessary clutter, although I appreciate that you're trying to help.
