View Full Version : Are you bisexual?

July 5th, 2009, 6:36 AM
No, the question isn't asking whether you're gay, metro, hetro... etc. Just bisexual. Are you?

Right now I'm pretty sure I'm not. o3o

July 5th, 2009, 6:38 AM
Definitely not. Same sex doesn't interest me in the least.

Giraffes? Giraffes!
July 5th, 2009, 6:39 AM
Yes i am, i find both sexes attractive and i finally told my parents, as well as my girlfriend. I'm not a cheater though, so she doesn't have to worry about me doing anything.

July 5th, 2009, 6:40 AM
Hmm... Will any of y'all shoot me if I answer?

I am -somewhat- bi. However, I'm leaning towards having a partner/relation with someone of the opposite sex, so my being bi might change in the near future...

That is, if I decide I want a partner/boyfriend.

July 5th, 2009, 6:55 AM
Another one of these "totally needs to go on a pogaimanz forum" topics, never fails to amaze me.

At the moment I'm not. o3o And I never plan to either. o3o

July 5th, 2009, 7:08 AM
Nope, I'm not bisexual, since I'm not attracted to the same gender, being attracted to the opposite. No plans of changing that state either.

Though people apparently have various misconceptions of the word bisexual.

July 5th, 2009, 7:10 AM
My ex told me he was when he was really gay, so I'm a bit dubious.

I don't really care a lot for classification of sexual preference etc. - I like people or don't like them based on their personalities, not really gender. I'd say I'm straight, but maybe it's just that I think other women are too awful to enter into a relationship with xD

July 5th, 2009, 7:14 AM
Yes but I am much more attracted to the same sex so it's easier to say that I am gay.

My belief~

To me, it seems that nearly everyone is to an extent bisexual. To an extent, the majority are attracted to the opposite sex while still have a small sexual appeal towards the same. If you look at every past civilization of humans, the majority of people were actually bisexual or even homosexual. The only difference this time is, our society has evolved to imprint in our minds that it is taboo to be bisexual or homosexual, so we consciously ignore any homosexual attractions. Also, look at the majority of mammalia. Anyone who has ever raised two same sex animals would see this. My three dogs have go at it every day. That's beside the point that most mammals usually are bisexual. We just put taboos on it, for no real reason.

Homosexual behaviour is known in at least 450 different animal species.

The most homosexual animal appears to be the giraffe. More than 90 per cent of all giraffe sexual encounters are of males mounting other males and, appropriately, male giraffes will "neck" their fellows, winding their necks around each other in foreplay. At any time, up to two per cent of the male giraffes on the planet may be necking others.

Male walruses are almost as homosexual. At any time, up to one per cent of the male walruses on the planet may be engaged in homosexuality in the water, and only during the mating seasons will they turn to the females.

Homosexuality is also found in birds. Swans and flamingos can be exclusively gay, and individuals of either sex will bond for life with others of the same sex.

Hedgehogs are often lesbian. Some 10 per cent of long-eared female hedgehogs will engage in sex with other females, and their practices, which include oral sex, can be surprisingly sophisticated. It's obviously not a choice if it happens in animals that cant make such complex decisions. Let alone most cant choose which way to go based on memory, like dogs do.

July 5th, 2009, 7:18 AM

Anyway, I've always been straight. Never had any true feelings for somebody of the same gender and men have always been more attractive to me than women.

Miss Soupy
July 5th, 2009, 7:59 AM
Yup. Pretty much. Both genders for meee. But if I had to label myself, I think I'd go for pansexual; but bi is almost the same thing, I think. xD;

July 5th, 2009, 8:01 AM
Lmao randomness much!
Anyways nope i'm straight but i have lots bi friends and they're lots of fun!!

I Laugh at your Misfortune!
July 5th, 2009, 8:03 AM
Bi-curious at the moment, though that could be subject to change...

I'm a homosexual, so no.
I'm not bisexual.

0 Exclusively heterosexual
1 Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual
2 Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3 Equally heterosexual and homosexual; bisexual.
4 Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5 Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual
6 Exclusively homosexual

Based on the Kinsey scale, I'm a 6, or at least a 5.5. :[

July 5th, 2009, 8:15 AM
I'm bisexual, but I tend to lean towards the same sex. I absolutely love black guys.

edit: my sig is a lie btw

July 5th, 2009, 8:18 AM
I've never been interested in the same sex, so I'm not bisexual. If I look at a girl's body, it's always because of envy or am "OMG, where did she get her pants I want them!" moment. :]

Serene Grace
July 5th, 2009, 8:25 AM
Nica, I'm starting to get worried about you. You're making some seriously freaky posts 0.o

Anyway, I'm straight. I find girls really attractive and I'm glad I'm straight. I do make coments about guys looking good but I don't see how that makes me gay. I'm only saying what I see and I think It's stupid the way some people react when I say some guy is good looking.

July 5th, 2009, 8:30 AM
I'm in love with a girl...And she's all I'm interested in at the moment..No men..Or even other women.

So no.

But who knows? I'm 14.

July 5th, 2009, 8:36 AM
When I get attracted to people it's almost exclusively for their personality--I've had quite a few crushes where I *know* the person isn't the definition of attractive and is far from it but it never mattered. XD; I think about this and think, "wow, I guess maybe I'm just pansexual?"

But then I remember that I find both men and women pretty damn attractive and toss that out the window and come to terms that yeah, I guess I'm just bisexual. (I catch myself "staring" more often at women though.)

Probably a 3 or 4 on the Kinsley scale? Not that I'd heard of it before now haha.

July 5th, 2009, 8:44 AM
This is quite the random thread. 0.o And I didn't realize how many gays and bisexuals are here.

No, I'm heterosexual. I don't get how people could see a guy as attractive. e.O
But I'm okay with other sexualities. I know someone at my church who thinks he might be gay. He's not really my friend, but I don't make fun of him like almost everyone else. -.-

July 5th, 2009, 8:58 AM
I'm not Bisexual no. I'm straight. I have never found a woman sexually interesting at all.

In fact I'm homophobic.
Before you ask, no that does not mean I have anything against Gay, Lesbians or bisexual. I dislike people who use their "Homophobia" as an excuse to bash those who are attracted to the same sex. A phobia is when you're scared of something. And before you're ask, no i'm not scared at being attracted to women. I am friends with people who like the same sex. Yet, if a women came on to me I'd be really scared. Yes a women has came on to me before and I was terrified. Just like if someone who was scared of spiders saw a spider. It's not that i'm secretly a lesbian or whatever inside of myself, it's just a fear that I've had for a very long time....

I'm not sure what it is but I hate how people judge me based on this fear. I don't HATE anyone. I'm not sure how to explain it =/

July 5th, 2009, 8:59 AM
Yes. I am Bisexual. I don't plan to tell my parents.

Although, I'm not looking for a relationship right now.

Ice Grimm
July 5th, 2009, 9:00 AM
Nope, there is not even a smallest chance that I am bisexual... I am metrosexual, but not bisexual. But I can say for some guy that he's cute or hot, but that's only by looks, I am not interrested in him in any way...

July 5th, 2009, 9:03 AM
I'm not sure.. for the past few months I've been more attracted to guys than girls although I still like girls a little. I'm not sure if it's just a phase or I am genuinally bisexual :/

I'm straight, always will be straight and will die straight

July 5th, 2009, 10:40 AM
No way.
The opposite gender is good enough for me...

July 5th, 2009, 10:42 AM
No, I'm straight.
People of the same gender don't interest me at all.

July 5th, 2009, 10:49 AM
I dunno, I've often identified myself as a hetro but I've had pretty questionable feelings and thoughts about males before so. Who knows eh?

July 5th, 2009, 10:59 AM
Completely hetereosexual. Sorry guys. I've not once been attracted to a man; I much prefer the fairer sex. =3

July 5th, 2009, 11:05 AM
Nope. I don't know what else to say. :/

EDIT: Um, why did someone give me a positive rep for that? Has anyone else who answered no been getting this or is it just me? I kinda get the feeling it's just a homophobe +repping people for not being gay... If not, please explain.

July 5th, 2009, 1:14 PM
My view is this: I'll fall in love with whoever I'm meant to, but it wouldn't ever bother me if they were female too. I love people for who they are, not for their genitalia- when I was with my ex, I would have loved him just as much if he were a girl, if that makes sense. I don't love him anymore though. XD -stops rambling-

So make of that what you will. XD

I've always said I was straight. Always will be.

True Reign
July 5th, 2009, 1:57 PM
I'm as straight as a pencil.

So no.

July 5th, 2009, 2:08 PM
Nope, I'm completely straight. Girls have far more appealing bodies =P

July 5th, 2009, 2:10 PM
Shane is straight.

I love women. I love the female form. I love the non-manliness. I love having someone that I can cuddle. <3

I do think that I could be intimate with a male, but only if they were very girly and effeminate, and had an innocent charm thing going on. I couldn't have an actual relationship with a male, though.

Naw, I'm pretty sure I'm a lesbian.

July 5th, 2009, 2:14 PM
ain't y'all ever heard of a thing called the kinsey scale

Everyone is bisexual to varying degrees. And even if this isn't true it's much more liberating to think about it that way.

not to mention less complicated. what is pansexual, srsly

July 5th, 2009, 2:18 PM
I'm kind of odd. I like a really hairy woman, like hair in the armpits and her legs. I also like lots of muscles on a woman, really big bulging muscles. Maybe I do have a manly stint to my sexual preferences

July 5th, 2009, 2:38 PM
I am bisexual but less immediately attracted to guys, It's more the personality that I go for with them.

Although, that doesn't necessarily mean I have to know them that well; I crush on quite a few guys, some here right on PC. (No Nica, not Munna. xD)
Also, as some of you know I've got a bit of a thing for Joe Dempsie (http://actualdot.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/1202688604_550x650_gs_skins_special_1.jpg). xD

I must say though that I've been with more girls than guys, but that's mainly to do with the torment that'd come from it at this age.

July 5th, 2009, 2:38 PM
I'm mainly straight, probably a 1 on the previously mentioned scale.

When I seek relationships, I am always chasing women exclusively, but in rare occasions, I have found myself crushing on guys before.

Currently, I'm in a heterosexual relationship. (of course) XD

I don't have any plans to explore the other side. XD I like girls for the most part, it takes a certain personality in a guy to catch my attention.

July 5th, 2009, 2:52 PM
im straight but there is this gay guy at my school who is encredabley attracted to me he asced me out like 17 times and kisses me on the cheeck and stuff i usually slap him and yell IM NOT GAY OKAY SO LEAVE ME ALONE, but he dosnt ever i like girls i also like girls with muscles but not alot of muscles i like mean and bossy girls that boss me around i think that is very attractive

July 5th, 2009, 5:07 PM
Yeah, I'm what you'd call bi-curious, but leaning to the same sex. I don't want to be in a relationship with the same sex, though, due to severe reprocussions and consequences and a few hundred people hating me. So I'll stick with fantasies and dreaming, and IRL, I'll just have to pretend I'm straight :(

July 5th, 2009, 5:21 PM
Not that I know of, no. I act gay/bisexual a lot as a joke, but I've never really been serious about it. I haven't got anything against people that are bisexual or gay, but I don't see myself doing it at all. Girls are where it's at, yo.

July 5th, 2009, 5:38 PM
I'm gay, but manly urges are manly, I guess. But gay overall.

July 5th, 2009, 7:58 PM
Heterosexual. Just don't find anything physically attractive about my own gender.

Don't have much more to say there. XD Just...not interested.

July 5th, 2009, 9:36 PM
Straight. I just don't find myself attracted to men

Master Terrador
July 5th, 2009, 9:54 PM
Wow...I've seen some strange threads...but this takes the cake...O_o

No...I'm Straight...I Always have been...and always will be...I'd MUCH Prefer a female over a male...the idea makes me cringe...O_o

July 5th, 2009, 9:56 PM
Nope, completely straight on my end. I have been mistaken for being one, though.

July 5th, 2009, 10:05 PM
Nope, I could never see myself with a man. Though, I know people are born that way, it just always seemed...uh, different in my eyes.

July 5th, 2009, 10:49 PM
"You people and your quaint little categories."
— Captain Jack Harkness, Torchwood

Just an amusing little quote I found...

Haha... I really don't know. I consider women to beautiful and fierce, but I find men sexier. I could see myself in a relationship with either gender in the future, though. So you could say I'm a 2 on the Kinsey scale.

July 5th, 2009, 11:14 PM
I'm not bisexual, and I'm pretty sure that I never will be.

There's this something else about the same topic though, but it isn't appropriate for this forum.

July 6th, 2009, 8:43 AM
Nope. I don't know what else to say. :/

EDIT: Um, why did someone give me a positive rep for that? Has anyone else who answered no been getting this or is it just me? I kinda get the feeling it's just a homophobe +repping people for not being gay... If not, please explain.

Somebody repped me up with a really freaky comment:

July 6th, 2009, 10:43 AM
I never really noticed how many people at PC are bisexual. Well, I'm gay. Though I love to flirt with my lesbian friends. I'm also completely fascinate by breasts. I don't know what it is, but they're a lot of fun to bounce and jiggle and such.

July 6th, 2009, 11:22 AM
I feel out of place. Many people on the internet are Bisexual. :\

No, I'm straight. But one's sexuality really means nothing in the end, it really just means who they're gonna... WAIT THIS IS A POKEMON FORUM I MUSN'T

To me, breasts are fascinating in the scientific sense rather than a sexual sense.

Awww. You're no fun, man. D:

July 6th, 2009, 3:54 PM
Straight. To me, the male genitalia is... I'll go lightly, and say "unappealing". Female body parts are quite sexy, though. Megan Fox, anyone?
