If I don't have someone to talk to I go for walks/runs until I feel too tired to be angry anymore.

srsly, I just vent my anger in some good old fashioned video games. No More Heroes is my cathartic game of choice at the moment.

well i make sure i have taken my tablets first XP then i take a deep breath in and out then try to think through what made me angry in the first place or i watch some funny programme like south park XD

i either walk across the street to the park and sit there or run. and if i cant (bad weather, to late) i sit in my room and think in the darkness, or draw.

I guess it depends on how angry I am. Taking a walk, listening to music, and simple things like that are good, as long as I'm alone or with someone I'm not angry with.

I usually hit things, but that probably isn't terribly helpful.

When I remember to take a walk that usually does help, even better if it's raining.

I don't visually show anger, I just let it build up :D

Then I EXPLODE and go on trolling rampages xD But that doesn't happen often o.o Most of the time its the above~

I like to play my video games. Especially if I can pop in a fighting game, a slice-and-dice game or a shooter. Those are pretty good for that type of mood. Other than that, I listen to some of my favorite music, go on a walk, draw, or make myself busy with online stuff/computer stuff. *shrug* I don't know. Those are the easiest things to do when no one is around to talk to. Well, besides use my livejournal as a ranting place.

Scream at inanimate objects, and/or flick them off pretending like they:

1. Are actually alive.
2. Have enough intelligence to comprehend visual and audio language.
3. Understand human expressions.

- and sometimes when I'm beyond angry and frustrated I just cry it out.

Well, whenever I get really angry it's almost always during school, so while I'm there, I usually draw some ugly pictures, scribble all over them, tear them up, and smash up the paper. Really, it works wonders. <3

Then, once I get home, I take some random object that I can destroy, then pretend it's the person who made me so angry~ You know, kind of like voodoo. :D

Yeah, so violent. xD But there's this certain girl who seems to be completely set on making my life miserable, so it's hard not to be so violent.

Not sure if that was sarcasm. I meant that I watch/read Cardcaptor Sakura when I am angry/sad/general bad mood.

When I am angry (like how right now at this very moment I am feeling some serious teen angst towards my mother) I just go in my room, go on the computer, and maybe listen to some music. It's nice. :)

I have a really bad temper. I can usually control it when I'm around people, but when I'm alone I usually punch the floor. :|

Well, I am really patient, but I have a fierce temper.
...So playing video games DOES NOT help. ^^;
So I play the piano, or go outside and walk and get a coffee or ride my bike.

Depends on the situation, it it's something like being annoyed by a game on the PS3, I just shout and swear at my TV, but if it's with a person I shout and swear at them ignore them.

Hm quite interesting answers. I punch the top of my bed when I'm angry. I sometimes also wrestle with my pillow ^_^ it's fun and it releases all the anger.

If possible, I listen to music (preferrably loud if it's possible) or play some violent games like Counter Strike. If not... Well, then I have to restrain myself not to destroy random objects that are nearby. This does of course only apply if I'm very angry, if I'm not that angry, I am just concerning with something different.
