So my question to you is, do you enjoy riding roller coasters? Or are you afraid of them?

I love roller coasters, especially big ones. It gives me a rush of excitement, especially when going down a big hill xP

I loveeeeee Roller Coasters. I'll even go on ones that I'm afraid of. I love that feeling when you go down the huge drops... its amazing ._.

I can't handle those freefall rides though -.-

The Behemoth at Wonderland is the tallest, fastest, longest rollercoaster in North America >> Apparently.

It lasts just over two minutes and has crazy ass drops on it, over 200 meters or something :| I can't remember.

I <3 that ride; I went on it 15 times in a row on a Wednesday afternoon (no line-ups!)

I live in a big city. Which means lots of roller coasters. >:3

These are my favourites;

This is the NewYork NewYork Hotel. It's roller coaster is a corkscrew and it makes it look like you are about to hit you head on some concrete.

This is the Adventure dome of Circus Circus Hotel. This was the first roller coaster I ever went on. It does two loops and then corkscrews through the building.

I used to be dead scared of them... I'm gonna try to conquer that fear.... one day. =/

Love/Hate relationships. I'm too scared to put my hands up, fearing that they might get chopped off. I love the thrill of going up and down and round and round. I keep my eyes closed! Meep.. I hate leaving my glasses with the roller coaster people, so I stick them in my pocket, which almost made me lose them.

I like roller coasters, but I haven't been out to an amusement park in a number of years:/

Once, during a high school trip, I ate four or five hamburgers at dinner, then promptly went back and got on the same roller coaster I had ridden earlier that day. And no, I am proud to say I did not get sick :)

I am not a fan of them in particular. I only get on them if I'm with a friend who wants to get on one. I can handle it but I'm not entirely thrilled by it. x3

It depends on the roller coaster for me. XD I get pretty scared of them sometimes but usually after being on them once I want to go again. My mom on the other hand LOOOOVES them. XD

We have an amusement park here in arizona called castle and coasters. So there are alot of awesome roller coasters there. I haven't been there in ages though so it's probably got new ones. XD

From an engineering perspective, the old wooden ones interest me. But of riding them, I don't find it enjoyable, I don't like that 'adrenaline rush' feeling.

I used to love riding them, but heck has it been a while. like 2-3 years. Because I've dedicated my summers to academic studies 4th grade on. It was 3 years of math camp (pretty cool, disregarding the name), one credit by summer school for Geometry, and well for a few years It's more math... with computers this time :D

So, it's probably gonna be a while before I ride a roller coaster again. All I have is my childhood memory of how much I used to love them before I became an abomination of mathematics :\

I live for roller coasters. I'd do anything to rent out a big amusement park for the day. The rush from it all is so exhilarating.

Love them.
Go on as many as I physically can.

I LOVE rollercoasters.
I'm not such a huge fan of those that go upside down a lot, like the only roller coaster around here (which I rode two days ago when it was up, actually), but I love the ones that go up and down and twist and turn. Those are awesome.

Depends on the ride. If it's one of those extremely popular ones (like that one in Blackpool, England) then I don't go on it because it's usually waaaay too scary for me. I prefer the little rides (not the ones for little kids though). :3 Though I have a favourite one which is called "The Cyclone", it's a big ride... but I'm not that scared of it. Been going on it for years now. :3

One time I went on this ride, and I thought I was going to die so I screamed to get off. xD!

Yep, that's exactly how I feel too, besides I am dead scared of them, like I edited in. :p

AAHHHHHH!!! I'm waaaaayyy to scared to go on any x(

My insides can't handle any type of thrill ride, be it a roller coaster or what I call 'spinny rides'. It's not so much terror or fear as it is the ease in which I can be made very nauseous, and I hate that >.<

Roller coasters are overrated, IMO. That, and I'm scared.

I ride roller coasters once in a while, but I have to say that I'm really adfraid of roller coasters D:

Ditto. I don't particularly like the feeling of my stomach wanting to come out of my mouth. I actually am planning on going skydiving this summer, and the thought doesn't bother me as much as riding roller coasters does:/ It's quite perturbating- knowing that the people that put up the rides are probably operating on no sleep and coke (with regards to my county fair anyhow). But idk. I have rode them before. Just don't fancy the feeling.

I used to be deathly afraid of rollercoasters. I then turned 10 (lol) when our family had to move out to (stupid, horrible) Ohio. As some of you probably know, Cedar Point in located in Sandusky, Ohio, and I live about 30-45 minutes away from it. When we went the first time, the Dragster was new and stuff and my friend had said he wanted to ride it really badly. I didn't want to chicken out in front of him, right? So I got in line and stuff first thing, and we rode on the coaster.

I was scared, but I loved rollercoasters ever since, and I like to say that the Top Thrill is my first coaster ever. ;D

Also, once you go to Cedar Point, no other amusement park that focuses on rollercoasters or thrill rides can compare. The only rides NOT at CP that are fun anymore are things that aren't either of the two.

I stand in line and go "ocrap why am I here I'm gonna diiiiie", but as soon as I get on and it starts, it's soooo much fun. The only time they're not fun is if I feel like I'm going to fall off the car, like this one I went on in Germany... at that point, it's too scary to enjoy. ._.;

Makes me wish I could to an amusement park now... doubt that'll happen anytime soon, though.

Roller Coasters <3

I've ridden the worlds longest wooden roller coaster. They are LIFE!

April 27th, 2010, 7:20 PM
Love 'em! It took me a long time to finally get on one, but I'm so glad I did. Now I'll ride just about anything. The adrenaline rushes are amazing! xD

Oh yes I do. My favourite is Sheikra at Busch Gardens Africa. I love things that give me a rush. You should try bungee-jumping, it's equally awesome.

Never been on a rollercoaster
Because I'm terrified of them ;A;

I probably can't handle one anyways.

I don't mind the ones that are close to the ground and they don't go very fast. I really don't like the ones that are very high up and go a speed of Mach 10. x.x I am so scared of them.

I used to have an undying fear of heights, good thing I don't anymore. I absolutely love roller coasters though. To me is nothing more than a ride of pure adreline rush n_n.

April 28th, 2010, 7:52 PM
I love them to no end.
The only roller coasters I used to be nervous about going on were the ones that were really old and creaky, but I found my testicles and went on them :D
