Well, this Sunday hopefully.
We are attempting to get the original Pokemon theme song into the Official UK Charts.
As it only takes (on average) 6,000 downloads to get to number 40, we have a great chance of being able to do this. However the more people we reach, the higher up the charts the song will get.
Unfortunately only UK downloads count towards the official top 40. This is a great opportunity to get some "fun" music back in the UK Charts. There is nothing stopping us from getting songs such as the Pokerap and even "We're on the road to Viridian City" in the future :)
Please let me know what you think of this project (do you think it'll work), we will be taking weekly votes on what song we should send into the charts (current leader for next week's entry is Nyan-cat :p ).
If you're interested, seach "Troll The Charts" into Facey-B, that should do the trick :D
