Hello there! My name's Lance.. or something like that. It's been a few years since I've be a part of any forum, so I'm not quite sure what to say here. I've recently been trying to get back into competitive-ish pokemon and it's been quite interesting. Anyway, I'm glad to be a part of PC and I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay here. o/

Welcome to Pokemon Community Lance.

It's good you enter in this forum after a years you don't make that, because this it's a great community to make friends and to talk about pokemon.

If you like pokemon to level competitive, you can search some in this section: http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=234

There you can request for battles, and ask for help in some themes about competitive pokemon.

I'm no good in competitive battles, i think that part of strategies isn't mine, butdefinitely I like to see that battles because are very exiting.

Welcome, and i guess we'll see in this forums XD

'Sup, Lance! Great to have you here with us on this amazing forum. :)

Ooh, I battle competitively, too, but I'm pretty new at it. Still relying on Smogon for a few movesets and am not very good at held items, hehe. But as Dangelitus said, you can find pretty much anything battle-related over at the Battle Center board, so make sure to check it out when you can! Tournaments are held there every once in a while as well as other fun battle events, so it's a place worth checking out. You can also look into participating in the discussions in our Pokemon Showdown (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=289012) server! That's the platform our battlers use to chat and battle other members.

But you'll get the hang of this place quickly! Even if it's been a while since you participated in a forum, things aren't really not hard at all. All you need to remember to do is read the official forum rules (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=6446812) and section-specific rules to get an idea of how things work around here. But I'm sure you'll have no problem - you seem like a cool person! ;P We're glad to have you since PC can never have too many awesome members, and perhaps soon down the line we'll run into each other and make friends? :D You can always leave a message on my profile to chat anytime, but I'm also open to help you out if you're confused (as are the other staff members).

Have a great time, all right! See you around!
