FireFox Help (concerning profiles)

as you know once in a while firefox will make it so you have to change profiles, I don't remember how to load up the old one, I forgot.... I need help to get my browser back to normal.

Does it ask you to select one? It made me every now and then but nothing more. I changed back to "Josh" that was it. You should have to do the same with your regular.
