20 bucks it's that open/close button for the forum group. It's hosted on Marc's site so that's likely his anti-hotlinking image.
Most of the images for this style lie on my server.
And since I have discovered some idiots simply copying this style, and even hotlinking to the images of it, I disabled all image request for all domains, other than the PC ones.
So if you get that error, your referrer either isn't matching (could be that your browser blocks them), or you're accessing PC with a domain that is not inserted in the "OK" list yet. However, since you accessed it using the pkmncommunity one, everything should work.
