If you want to know the real me, just turn the page in my dirt road diary.
It’s right there for you to see, every kiss, every beer, every cotton field memory.
Tan legs & some Dixie Land delight, ridin’ round, windows down on a summer night.
I was there, and that was me. It's right here in my dirt road diary.

I miss my kitties...
And this is my 50th blog, let's celebrate!
I went to Walmart yesterday with my 15-year-old friend (or niece, I don't really know anymore, lol don't ask). We went to get supplies to make our own Lasagna and cupcakes for dinner. We both separated, I went for the cupcake supplies, and she went for the lasagna. All of the sudden, I managed to go past the pet aisle, and I stopped. A large amount of emotions flooded inside of me, because I started to think about my kitties, Serafina and Miki. Oh, lord, I miss them so much.
Upon moving out, and entering the real-world on my own in San Diego, I had to make a huge sacrifice. My kitties are currently under the care of my best friend. So far, I call him every three days, asking him how are they doing. So far, both are fine.
It's hard to not live with them everyday, just like the pre-San Diego days. Sometimes I wish the apartment complex where I currently live would allow people to bring cats. I just hope soon it'll happen. I feel a bit lonely without them.
About my lovely kitties!~
Serafina - A calico kitty born in Mexico May 1, 2006. At 5 weeks of age, I adopted her. I named her after a certain character in a book I read in high school. She wasn't litter trained, or weaned, so I had to do it all myself. She's a brave kitty, especially when thunderstorms roll in when I was living in Mexico at the time. When I moved out, Serafina gave birth to two lovely kittens. Yes, I met them in person. Serafina will turn 5 in a few days. Serafina is the lazy one, who loves watching TV, and surfing the web with her mommy (me) but every now and then, she does the same with my friend. :)
Mikaila (aka "Miki") - Mikaila is Serafina's daughter, a Seregenti kitty born March 28, 2009. At first, she was mistaken to be a male, and named her "Mike" after Mike Bettes, a meteorologist from The Weather Channel. But, after discovering her true gender, I quickly changed her name, to Mikaila, well... Miki for short. At 10 weeks, I had to give her away to a little girl who lived across the street. A month later, the little girl moved away, and abandoned Miki. So I decided to take her back. Miki is the playful one, loves to run a lot, and loves being in the outdoors. I call her "the tomboy kitty".
I'm still in the works of going to my old home this weekend for Easter. So I'm hoping to see my two wonderful kitties. I can tell they miss me so much. I pray for them every day. :)
