Army Junior ROTC Basics

This first post will be referenced in all future posts in the ROTC junk category, just for those of you unfamiliar with JROTC, ROTC, or the U.S. Army in general.
First off, please don't fire up a debate about school militarism in the comments section. It's very inconsiderate and disrespectful to those who have worked incredibly hard to get where they are in these programs.
Second off, I'd like to define a few things - acronyms and the like.
AJROTC: Army Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps. A lot of times the A is dropped from tge acronym, and sometimes even the J is dropped to for generalization.
Battalion: What a school unit is usually composed of.
Brigade: Is composed of two battalions.
Company: A group of cadets that all share the same class period for ROTC.
Platoon: Two of these make one company.
Squad: At least two of these make up one platoon.
AJROTC Ranks: Click
That should be it for now.
