Okay, I've been a moderator for five months as of yesterday, and it still feels like yesterday that I got promoted. And I want to know some things from the members here..

These are just some general things I'd like to know from the members here since my time of being on staff:
  • How am I doing as a moderator? Do you like/dislike the way I run my section or like/dislike the way I take care of it?
  • How can I improve on being a moderator?
  • How do you feel my overall posts are around the forum? My general attitude when posting?
  • Anything else I didn't address?

I promise y'all that I'll take all sorts of feedback, but please keep in mind that I will not accept any sort of bashing comments (i.e. YOU SUCK!!! YOU'RE A BAD MOD!! I HATE YOU!!), because I'd like to see constructive criticism on how I can improve being a good leader here at the PokéCommunity.

Until next time,
Servine out~!

If I was still higher staff, I probably would have spoken to you privately about promoting discussion (i.e.: Creating threads). Part of your job as a moderator is to promote discussion, and that's not something that I see you do.

That's really my only suggestion. Other than that, you're okay.

Oh yeah! Cut those stickies down on your forum. I'd suggest cutting it to the DCC, MotY results, CSS help, and the rules.

You're doing alright. It's the discussions that are lacking a bit, as Ace mentioned. I would recommend you to think of topics that haven't been discussed before. Visit tech news websites where you can pick articles that could be worth discussing. Heck, CES is coming this week. Why not bring a discussion thread about that? Those are just suggestions/ideas that could help you in search of brand new discussions for T&I.
