Adventures in the Cat Cafe

So... it's been a while! But it'll be worth it when you see evidence of my visit to London's first [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat_cafe"]cat cafe[/URL]! Similar to the ones in Japan, Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium opened up on March 1 of this year in London (about 15 minutes from my house)... and it's already fully booked up until June! Deservedly so, as well. Home to about 10 rescue kitties - all adorable - it's a supremely relaxing environment where you can read a good book (on offer included [I]The Art of War[/I] by Sun Tzu, [I]Long Day's Journey Into Night[/I] by Eugene O'Neill, and [I]101 Best Things About Pandas[/I] (author unknown)), drink some refreshing drinks, and play with all the kitties! Below are a sample of some of the snaps that I took:

So, yeah. All in all: a good time had! Especially by my housemate in the penultimate picture and me (with the gaping mouth of joy) in the last one.
(And as a P.S., I'll be in NYC during the weekend of 22-23 March (more the 23rd, but technically both days). If you're interested in meeting up, let me know. Can't promise anything, but I'll try.
