About Me
Trial was dismissed, and my new case is... a whole different ball game. D:

My client kept being absent here, there, here, there... so it was cancelled.
But now - since our Law Studies teacher is the track coach - we got much much harder case to handle & defend.
About a week ago, three kids on the track team stole over 16+ ipods and cellphones during practice. They were soon found out, and were swiftly suspended for a while and kicked off the team. No charges were filed, nor were they arrested. (So, to be honest, they got some light punishment) My job? Defend them and get them back on the track team. Talk about impossible odds here.
My last case would've been a simple breeze, but this? I really am lost when it comes to putting these guys back on the team they stole numerous important valuables from. Prosecution from the last case also transfered over, but they're idiots. Problem is, they've got an easy case and point to make there.
The guys have already been punished, so I can use that to an advantage, but I need to figure out if they're repeat offenders or if this was a one time thing. Eh.
It's going to be tough, that's for sure. D: Especially when the case is right in front of the track coach. And I have a strong feeling school administration would veto the jury's verdict and keep them off if, by any chance, we can pull off a miracle.
Any ideas / thoughts?
(oh hey, 100th blog post) XD
